Not worth the hassle
We received the item quickly but the metal parts were bent and the wrong hardware was included. There were HUGE cracks in the wood- not what you would expect from this type of furniture but big enough to make me worry about using it. We returned the item and asked for a replacement. The quality of the wood was much better on the replacement, but the incorrect parts were shipped again and we had to go out and buy the correct screws to put it together. The metal parts ofthe frame were bent at the ends but we were able to straighten them enough to put them together. One of the holes in the ends of the metal were not big enough to fit the bolts through.We are debating whether to ask for yet another part or see if we can get a smaller bolt to fit it? All in all this has been more hassle than it is worth and we will buy elsewhere next time.

Great futon
We needed a futon for sitting usually, but to use several times a year for visiting relative. Since he usually stays two or three weeks at a time we needed comfort and at the same time wanted good looks, great quality for the price, and ease of use. We all loved this futon both as couch and bed.
