Yamazaki Hospitality Tongs
I have been using scissor-type tongs for salads and serving rolls, meats, etc. I needed another, and decided to try these. The arrived quickly and are beautiful - simplicity in style and a glowing polish. They are larger than you would need for, say, ice cubes, but will do fine for a buffet. My only reservation is that they require some hand strength to "squeeze" them - limiting their usefulness with my older friends. Bottom line: beautiful, but functionally limited.
