better than plastic
Thin, basic, no design elements, basic utensil. If you need to get rid of the BPA plastics, great. If you are looking for a gift...do NOT buy this item or this line from Yamazaki. We actually bought the slotted and regular spoons. The items we purchased from another comany thru Ostock are far superior and have flair, design, quality....not mass produced like these. (sasaki (sp)?) Overall- If you need a serving utensil for your own daily use, great, if you want something with design and better quality, stay away. The made in china sticker comes off, a nice bonus for the bargain. Should be 5-7 bucks less. We will keep and use for routine needs, larger gatherings when extra serving spoons are needed and get the plastic spoons into the recycle bin. Thats classy!
