Simply the best
averyhappyperson  from Kansas City,  Jun 14, 2007
This is without a doubt one of the best lounge bags out there. These should not be confused with those cheap bean bags sold as discount stores, the ones with the styrofoam peanuts. The memory foam in these bags is perfect, allows the bag to conform to you as you settle into it and then it supports you for as long as you are in the bag unlike cheap bags that require you to constantly get out and fluff. These bags will even hold the shape should you need to get up for refreshments, you can simply plop right back down in and get comfortable quickly. I have a spinal cord injury and have been waiting for something like this. By molding itself to me when I sit down the memory foam offers the best support possible allowing me to be comfortable far longer then if I were just sitting on the couch or a chair. I love this bag so much I now have 5 of them around the house. The only draw back to this bag is that if you are a tall person (above the 6' or so mark) you may find even the XL bag a bit small for your needs if you plan on lying out on it. Sitting will be fine, but stretching out will have you hanging over the end of it.

Comfy- but misleading
swissmixxv  from Costa Mesa, CA,  Nov 22, 2009
I absolutely Love this thing BUT!! it is not nearly as large as is pictured. It takes up a ton of room- but I have no Idea how they got that family on it. It is a tight squeeze for my hubby and I and we are both very average size (he is definitely on the skinny side:) It fits one of us and the dog comfortably. Also, the inner zipper does not open it is stuck/sewn shut so if we want to take some foam out we will have to cut it open. That being said Ive had it for a year and it gets used daily and is still in great shape.

Wonderful
sl00py  from Denver, CO,  Nov 15, 2009
I purchased one bag for our TV room just to see if we would like it. We fell in love with it and sat in it as a couple watching movies. Although we needed an ottoman to both sit in it we went ahead and ordered 2 more plus an ottoman. The sage is a little darker than pictured. We've only had one for 2 weeks and the other 2 for a couple of days but the workman ship seems wonderful. We price checked these against "love sacks" and they are 1/4 of the cost! However, if we spill we will have to order more covers.

Revised Review
muffadile  from Las Vegas,  Oct 28, 2009
I bought this chair about a year ago and wrote a pretty good review for it, but I think I spoke too soon. I am a large heavy person and inititally it was great--plop down, get some back support, be as comfortable as can be. You are advised from time to time you need to roll the thing, which I do, but a month or two after I got the chair, even after rolling it stopped being comfortable. Now, even after a rolling (which takes some effort and a lot of space) it just reverts to something akin to a large doughnut seat cushion--it looks a bit like a toilet seat. It's round with a depression in the middle--no more back support. Worse, sitting on the thing anyway I have really irritated my sciatic nerves. Maybe this would be a good seating arrangement for small kids, and my puggle loves to roll around and snuggle in the doughnut hole. Me, not so much.

The bag can easily fit two adults (I am 5' 9'' and my husband is 6' 3''). It is also very comfortable. However, be prepared to have to "flip" the bag weekly as it does tend to flatten and splatter itself across the living room. Also, I have been afraid of the time when I will have to wash the cover and remove it. if you will be moving soon, this will be a difficult object to transport.

it is very comfortable and somewhat entertaining to set up, but it isn't a sofa replacement. I'm a small guy and I think it would get cramped to have to share the seat with any one. It has the feel of more of a "chair and a half" or a love seat.

I bought the medium bags and they were still huge. Also, not that comfortable. I would not buy this product again. I ended buying the pottery ones and throwing these away.

Big and Comfy
Moose52  from Maryland,  Jul 25, 2009
This is the second of the memory foam bags that I purchased, my first was the large size which is also big and comfy, just not as big as the XL. The XL is easily large enough for two adults. the picture shows three people on it which seems a little unlikely, but they are all a lot thinner than me so it's possible. It does take up a lot of space and it can be a little difficult to incorporate into a living room design, but the benefits outweigh the issues. it is super comfortable, if i had more room, I'd own 3 more and get rid of my sofa

Disappointed
popsicle08  from Denver, CO,  Jun 2, 2009
After reading the raving reviews for this chair, I was absolutely ecstatic to be able to sit on something perhaps more fun than my typical old couches. However, once I started using this chair it was completely disappointing. It was flat, hard to get comfortable on, if at all, and I practically slid off of it the whole time I sat on it. I purchased the XL chair so I could share it with someone else, but the chair was not big enough to be comfortable for more than just one person. It was not even comfortable enough for that. I don't know if maybe I purchased a defected chair based on some of the fantastic reviews I read, but I am absolutely disappointed and have banished the chair to my reading room and resumed seating myself on my old reliable couch.

Not what I imagined
dielle  from Seattle, WA,  May 15, 2009
The chair is not nearly as wide as pictured. It isn't wide enough for me and another person to comfortably sit on, it's also harder than imagined and is really high off the ground. The stuffing inside feels lumpy. And the sage color ordered is more like a brown. Overall not what I was hoping for.

It just kept growing!
starzchick  from Brier WA,  Apr 30, 2009
We ordered the lounge bag to put under our daughters loft bed. She wanted a bag that she and a couple of her friends could lounge on. It really fills that expectation. When we first opened the bag it said to leave it alone for a day or two to allow the foam to expand. Expand it did! It fills almost the entire space under her bed. Easily 3 or 4 of her friends can fit on it. As for comfort it is wonderful. I wish my sofa was made out of this stuff!

SATISFIED
ekoelk08  from VA,  Mar 24, 2009
I RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS LOUNGE BAG AND AM VERY PLEASED AND THE VALUE I RECEIVED. THE CHAIR IS VERY LARGE, HOWEVER I DONT THINK MORE THAN ME AND MY BOYFRIEND WOULD SIT COMFORTABLY. WELL I GUESS THAT IS BECAUSE WE LIKE TO LAY BACK ON IT WITH A PILLOW PROPPED BEHIND US. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WALL SPACE TO PUSH THE BAG UP AGAINST BECAUSE IT DOES NOT SUPPORT YOUR BACK IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SIT UP, UNLIKE WHAT THE PICTURE SHOWS. I DONT LIKE THAT IT FLATTENS OUT SO QUICKLY, BUT A MINUTE FLUFF UP AND ITS BACK TO NORMAL! IT IS BIG ENOUGH TO SLEEP ON IF I WANTED TO, AND I KNOW A FRIEND THAT USES IT FOR HER BED. I GOT THE HAZELNUT COLOR AND IT IS VERY NICE AND SUITS MOST ANY DECOR.

it's lost it's memory
trier  from Niagara Falls, NY,  Mar 2, 2009
It looks great with the little nuclear family lounging but in reality it loses it memory as soon as you sit on it and flattens out like a pancake. I bought it for easement of extreme pain hoping I'd get some relief at night. For about the first 2 hours it's a cloud and after that it's a brick. It weighs 2 tons too. In order to keep the fiber filled w/ air, you have to roll about 70 lbs around your floor and when you're disabled, it's darn near impossible. Buy it if you're physically fit.

Lounge bag
biblette  from Chicopee, MA,  Feb 11, 2009
I really love the lounger, the kids love it also. The only complaint that I have is it did not come in a box, ups just plopped in my garage all poofed out, had a heck of a time trying to get it in my house thru the doorway, finally had to go thru the hatchway with me pulling with all my might and my husband pushing from the other side. What a workout!!! but love it.!
