The price seemed right...ordered 2 sets, Ivory and Gold. The gold color is beautiful. I washed one set and tried it last night, and I have to say they are almost of a thin flannel texture. Very thin and clingy and don't have the satiny clean cool feel of sheets I most like. They do not wrinkle at all, look smooth to the eye, but have a slight scratchy feel. I'll be sending the Ivory set back and will try another, probably with more thread count is what I need.
I purchased this king-sized sheet set several weeks ago. The color and softness of the material is exactly what I expected. What I wasn't expecting was the extra-large corner pockets and ease in putting the fitted sheet on the bed. (Because the price is EXTREMELY reasonable for the size and quality of the set I purchased, I was expecting to have to pull and tug the sheet, trying to get it over that very last corner!) The striped design is done in such a way that the texture and look of the stripes are as if they were made from satin. Even my husband commented on how nice this set of sheets is! I would definitely recommend this set to anyone who is considering purchasing one (or more) for themselves or as a gift for someone else.
