Didn't realize this was plastic from the descripti
I bought this rug for my kitchen, so the fact that it is plastic is okay. However, I thought I was getting a woven rug (to me meaning not plastic) but maybe I didn't read the description in detail. This is like a plastic mat you would take to the beach. I love the design of this rug so I'm keeping it since it's waterproof (great for the kitchen!). This rug would not work if you are buying it for anywhere else inside your home, though so beware. It's literally shiny plastic. Would work great in our sun room, too...

I really like this rug because the white pops and the pattern is beautiful! The material allows for easy clean up.
