Great Bed
We've had this bed for about 6 months now and love it. If you've been shopping for a bed like this, get this now. We shopped around for months and there is nothing else in this category at the value you get this bed for. It looks beautiful and could probably stand up to beds twice the price or even more. There are only two negatives I could come up with for this bed. First, the frame is made out of cheap particle board. All of the wood that is exposed is solid and beautiful, but the stuff under it is the cheapest particle board you could imagine. This is would probably not be a big deal unless you planned on moving it. Which brings me to my second problem, I think this bed would be a monster to move. Once it's assembled it's one big hulking unit which I think is going to be a monster to move. All in all, we're extremely pleased with our bed and our bedroom now looks just the way we imagined it. The negatives really shouldn't be that big of a concern, but I just thought I'd mention them.

great bed, long delivery time.
Other than it took a month for them to ship it, (I was only 300 miles from the shipping location) I am very happy with the bed. it is very well built and looks great. I agree with the other reviewers that it took me 5 hours to put together, but I disagree when they say it was "confusing and difficult, It was actually very easy to put together, just time consuming with over 150 screws.

Bed
2 1/2 hours to unpack, 3 hours to asemble. But it does look nice,and is comfortable with a good mattress. Yes, it is a good buy. Delivery people were very friendly and polite.

Love the BED-Overstock shipped USED SCRATCHED Bed
I love the bed, we bought it as our wedding present. When we received the bed, it was perfectly packaged and there was no damage to any of the huge 4 boxes delivered - However, when we opened the boxes, the bed pieces were scratched, painted over with sharpie, and it looked as it had been previously ensembled. Very disappointed to have paid so much for a new bed and receive an used bed. Quality control - Very bad.

It's worth every penny
if you are shopping for a sleek, clean and modern look this is it. It is simple but very rich and elegant. Although the assembly instructions are very clear, be ready to spend a couple of hours to complete the job. Packaging was great too. I would recommend this bed without any doubt.

This bed is beautiful and very sturdy. I thought assembling it was easy because of the parts being accurately labeled. Definitely a great buy & look for our money.

Ordered and received in less than 2 weeks!! Nice, sleek, substantial Modloft bed although NOT the same color or texture as Modlofts 76 inch tv console thats also labeled Wenge. Not a big deal to us but it might be to others if you purchase the bed and the tv console for the bedroom. Expect 2.5 hrs of labor to assemble. At least 300 pieces of hardware. Whew. A lot of hardware. Modloft could add an extra inch of space between the inner sides and where the mattress drops in. We have a thin modern quilt, 1 thin blacket and a sheet which barely was able to be tucked in. If you have a comforter, forget it! lol Excellent bed! Very happy with overall results!!!
