I have used this ladder for years at my parents' house. I finally bought my own since I wanted to paint my apartment with 9 foot ceilings. I was able to paint by myself. The stairs and platform are sturdy and comfortable. No shaking at all. They tray holds tools and small parts very well. I've never lost a screw. It's easy to carry and maneuver by myself. I love this ladder. I get so much done with it.
I was surprised at how sturdy this step stool is. Heavy duty all the way! Step stool is not a good description as this is a major ladder for work, yet light enough for me to be able to handle it with ease. I have looked at similar ladders in the major stores and the first thing I needed to know -- "can I manage this by myself" All others were too bulky and heavy.This unit is the best for what I want. Well balanced with sturdy gripping feet and it does not wiggle or make you feel insecure when you climb to the top. Love it and would recommend it to anybody of any age (but not for children)
This is a great step stool! Actually, I'd call it a ladder. It came to my door fully assembled. I use it for everything from reaching ceilings for cleaning, getting to high places, and painting. I particularly like the large platform step. There's a spot for everything you need for a project right where you can reach it.
