although it came damaged and was not the right color, when I contacted overstock. com, they sent prepaid labels for me to return the items. I also told them that I did not want them any longer. they promptly refunded all of my money. excellent customer service I am very happy and will continue to shop overstock.com

Lamp Great/Shades not so much
The lamps themselves are very nice for the price but the shades arrived damaged. The circular drum was bent and out of shape and worse there were permanent dents in the shade that creased the lining so when it was reshaped it still had marks from the banged in plastic liner. The squares on the chekered shade also have a silver sheen to them when the light if off which was suprising as they look like nice beige checked squares when the lamp is on. Makes the whole lamp a bit cheaper. The color on the base is spot on. Nice light ceramic green with solid weight to it. Wish there were other photos to better illustrate. I will probably keep as returning means packing up the whole set and the way the shades are packed I know a new set will arrive damaged again. Will go elsewhere to replace the shades and move on.
