The best thing about it is it's nice looking and works for my purposes as a standing desk. The worst thing about it is putting it together and the lasting, toxic stink of the paint used on it. There was a broken slat but it would be impossible to take apart and mail back so I live with it. If I saw it in a store, I would not have paid nearly this much for it.
This is nice bar but the quality control was poor. One leg was broken and had to be glued, clamped, sanded, and stained to be unnoticeable. Also, holes had to be drilled because they were filled in with plugs (I think there were 2 left sides and no right side). These things can be fixed if you are handy and have the tools, but if you are not used to wood-working you should avoid this product. If you are able to make the repairs, then it is a nice bar for the cost.

What a beautiful bar. The quality is really nice. It fits perfect in my dining area. Also, it was easy to put together. Everyone loves it!
Great product and serves the purpose it is made for.

One of the shelves had come unglued so I had to have someone make repairs to it before I could even assemble the unit. The instructions are not very clear, and could be way more explanatory. Once assembled I like the look of the bar and hope to be able to use it for a long time.
Although the bar is very nice it came with a broken leg. My husband was able to repaire it with wood putty and stain-but I was very disappointed that it came broken. We needed it quickly for a party-so my husband fixed the problem rather than send the item back. Best regards, Marnie
