A very solid & well made product. The color is a bit more cherry red than the monitor shows. A beautiful desk, especially for the price! Fits nicely in a corner without taking up too much room. Deep drawer in the front...lots of storage room. Handy shelves underneath for books etc. Buy this corner desk...you will love it!

I ordered this desk for a tight corner and it fits perfectly. It's attractive and solid and does the job. The assembly was not terribly difficult but that's probably because I've assembled a lot of prefab furniture before and am pretty good at figuring things out without consulting the directions. The directons for this desk were an abomination. The drawings didn't match the assembly process, there was no explanation of what the glue was for (though an experienced person would probably realize it was for the pegs) and the final step of adding the shelf and screwing it together was omitted completely. The pictures were difficult to decipher and the language appeared to have been written by an android for whom English was probably a 3rd or 4th language at best. Additionally, I read 3 other reviews that commented that the front of the desktop arrived chipped. Mine arrived exactly the same way. There is a 1 inch scrape/chip right across the most visible part of the desk. Apparently, the desktop is not wood because dark wood scratch cover would not adhere to the substance from which the top is made. I'm going to put a little touch up paint on it but the maker really needs to work with the packaging company on finding some other way to package this product because clearly it's poorly packaged. Despite this, I would recommend this product to someone with a small corner space in need of a cheap but functional desk.

This small laptop desk is perfect for a small home. It tucks away nicely.The assembly was challenging but worth the price. Our desk came undamaged.We are thrilled to have a laptop desk in our bedroom!

A perfect size desk for a small room. To our surprise it came with exactly the same flaw as other buyers. It had a big chip in the front. Could this be a packing flaw? Several reviewers have had the same complaint. Since we were mostly satisfied with the purchase; rather than pack it back up and send it back; we put some cherry finish on it and repaired the chip ourselves. The bottom shelf is not wide enough to accomodate accessories and we put the harddrive on the floor rather than on the shelf. However, its the right size for our needs, the cherrywood color was what we needed to blend with other furniture. Its sturdy and good looking.

There really weren't any serious problems with the actual product other than a few pieces stained slightly off color. The only issues I had were the scratches and white marks on the product. They sent me a new one, but the new piece STILL had a small white mark right on the front of the desk, which obviously being a corner desk, it didn't even touch the edge of the box so the marks are not from shipment.

Nice product, but one of the pieces had to be re-drilled. This was a major pain and added a lot of time to an otherwise easy assembly.

I ordered this in black, and initially , after getting it partially together, I found that one leg was 2 inches longer than the other. Then after waiting for a replacement and starting to put it together again, a bolt was stripped so it wouldn't fit, then we founda piece broken. The workmanship on this item was pitiful at best.

Well i ordered this desk and received it with a huge dent and scratch in the front. So i went through the return policy process and Overstock sent another one to me. Guess what, it had an even bigger scratch and dent in the same exact spot. If I didn't have both at by home at the time I would have thought it was the same one. Long story short, i ended up just keeping the first one and sending back the second. What can you do? I didnt want to do the process again. Maybe that is their strategy.

This desk is relatively easy to assemble (about an hour or so), particularly with a friend to help insert screws, etc. My unit arrived with a small scratch on the front of the desk, but otherwise it's a great piece for the price. My only major concern is that the shelf that sits on the lower half of the desk is surprisingly shallow (about 8 inches), such that it could not support my printer or other computer accessories. I ended up leaving off the shelf entirely because it would not align properly with the rest of the unit. However, I maintain that this is a great desk for a small space such as a bedroom or home office. It's been perfect for at-home computer use or correspondence.

This corner table is very cute but..... Have fun assembling this table. It took me about an hour and a half. The instructions are plain enough but the pictures get kind of confusing. There is not enough glue and you need a few additonal tools. Overall a good table just hard to put together.

Decided to purchase this corner table after a bit of shopping on different websites. We like Overstock because of its no-thrill policy and convenient shipping fees, so we gave it a try. The item arrived at destination with a chipped corner. Customer support was very friendly and effective with a prompt, no-questions-asked replacement. Unfortunately, the replecement also had a chipped corner, albeit less conspicuous than the first one. We decided to give up for a third replacement and masked the damage with furniture crayons.

I ordered both this desk and the savannah chair which they claim to be a "perfect compliment" to this desk. Not the case. Chair is darker with more brown, and desk is more cherry (orange). Desk top was also chipped on top, right in front. Looks like it was shipped that way. Overstock is fixing this chip problem however. Just want to warn you about the color differences in desk and chair.

I have put many things together in the past and I must say the instructions on this desk are very easy to follow. Now it will take time, but you won't be frustrated in the end. I put together myself with just some difficulty attaching the bottom shelving (another person would be helpful, but not necessary). A great value for a very good looking desk!!

Fits perfectly in any 45 degree corner. Very easy to assemble and surprisingly sturdy. Only con -- the finish is lighter than anticipated.Perfect for a lap-top; small printer, and cable modem. If you have a tower or large screen you may want to get a larger rectangular desk.Excellent value for the cost.

Got the Desk, works for what I need, but had chips in the wood. Normally I am very happy with overstock but my last 2 purchases were not great and I will have to really think before ordering a piece from overstock that I would want to display.

overall this is a great piece of furniture for anyone who has limited space. This allowed me to clear off my entire kitchen table and make use of a corner that was not really being used for anything! It did come with a little but unfortunately obvious nick on the front of the desk. I did my best to cover it up and decided that it was still worth it for what I needed. If it would not have been nicked, then I would have given it five stars. It is seriously worth the money and I am overall very happy.

My husband and I bought this desk for our home office. The room is pretty small and this desk fits perfectly in the corner of the room. It was pretty easy to put together, but definitely a 2 person job. The finish is a nice cherry wood color - the picture is pretty accurate. It has a small imperfection on the drawer, but not majorly noticeable. Very nice and the price is great.

This furniture is being used to hold a flat screen tv in a second home. It serves the purpose, but came with several "dings" and faults. Too much trouble to repack and return, so we kept it.
