The best thing about this product is that it came fully assembled. IF it had not, I would certainly have thought I did it wrong, because this is a real piece of junk. It "looks OK" from the front, except for some scratches right through the stain. But turn it around. . . the back trim pieces do not even meet in some places, leaving gaps up to 1 ". The back main piece was clearly stained before assembly because the unstained parts are visible all along the height where the trim pieces do not quite cover and meet the back. The drawers have "gaps" where the sides meet the front and you can see the small nails used to connect them. The drawers do not close without careful alignment and sometimes a couple of tries. I have purchased furniture from OS before, and been quite happy, even when I did have to assemble. There is absolutely no question that I would have returned this if it where not an expensive hassle to do so. I am very disappointed in this product.
