This pyramid what -not was just what I needed. It did not have to be assembled and it is well made. I would recommend this product to a friend Love it.

The first one I got was damaged. It was shipped in a box way too big for it with minimal packaging materials. The first return I filled out online didn't go through, so I did it again two days later with the online chat customer service. I was able to get a second one fairly quickly, packed in a box the right size for it with proper packaging. The top drawer sticks a bit, but it's not too bad. The first one I got, the drawers worked great - too bad the drawer frame was cracked.This piece is beautiful. It's a bit darker than the picture, but it looks great! I got it to put in our downstairs powder room to store toilet paper and hand towels and such. It works wonderfully for this.

These came in a box completely assembled. The only problem I have with them is that the drawers stick and will not shut at times. I believe this is due to the unique shape. The etching on them is exactly the same on each one and could be changed up from each pieece to piece. Otherwise it is erving me and my family well.
