junk dont buy it
I trusted Overstork to deliver a true refurbished product,instead they sent me a rice cooker with food particles all over it, and damage to the coating on the bottom of the rice cooker. So the lesson here is,do not buy refurbished products from Overstock,and by the way its not returnable. The condition of this rice cooker is so bad I would put it in the trash instead of trying to sell it as refurbished,it looked like they only halfway washed the cooker and now trying to sell it as refurbished.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? I ordered red and they sent black.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Dirty with food particles all over it and the coating on the bottom is damage,I know its refurbish but I didnt think it was junk.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Not good,it said refurbished but its something I will put in the trash.

My new Kitchen Favorite
I love this thing. I really really do. It's great. I made one of the recipes in the booklet that came with it, and not only did the cooker work perfectly and cook the food like a pro, but the risotto and asparagus was one of the yummiest things I've ever eaten.

This item was badly packed and came broken I am still waiting for a refund.
