Customer Reviews
Nice appearance, very sturdy and easy to use. I don't bake so this has been a life saver. Uses the included recipes, your own or mixes. Wish the pan weren't teflon, but otherwise - it's great.
My first overstock purchase has been a very good experience. I love the breadmaker. My husbandneeds to be gluten free and this has made making bread so much easier and the results aregreat. So very happy and will look to overstock first when making purchases
I bought this bread maker after I lost a $500 bread maker in a divorce settlement. So far I have made 5 loaves of different types with excellent results. The instructions are easy to follow, although clearly will need some experimentation with regard to basic settings as I start to make bread from other cookbooks. As far as I can tell, this maker is every bit as good as the my former one at one eighth the price. The only thing I do not like is that the lid is so long that I have to pull the unit forward to open the lid so that it does not hit on the cabinets above when I open it.
this is a great bread maker for the price, pretty much every loaf i made so far comes out nicely risen, i experimented with some receipes and even those werent too bad, but that was my fault for adding/changing ingredients, had to get a receipe book, didnt like the receipes in the little booklet included, all in all would recommend to a friend, planning on doing lots of holiday baking in this maschine..
Disappointing on several levels. Heavier doughs like French bread stall the paddles during kneading process and loaves come out lopsided. Not enough recipes in user's guide. I thought I would save a few bucks buying refurbished. I did not read fine print. When I called about the stalling paddles they would not exchange it because it was refurbished. So now I am stuck with a machine that claims to be heavy duty. I expect the motor to burn out. I do not recommend this machine. If your intent on buying it make sure you get ext warranty also. My advice, get a Breadman. I've had one of those and they are good machines.
