Well, the write-up for the grille was tempting, but when it arrived it was shoddy.The stainless steel facia plates are uneven and marked. I am a UK resident (which must have been evident from my delivery address) but it was supplied with a US electrical connector (about as much use as a chocolate fireguard) with no offer of a converter even at a discount. The dual purpose scraper was missing. The packaging was rather Heath-Robinson. Clearly a pre-used but poorly refurbished item that I cannot yet use until I spend another $50 buying another product. Overall, disappointed and unimpressed. No further purchases from me.

I love this product. Just used it for the first time today and made pancakes and sausage. The thermostat is wonderful and the pancakes are likely the best I ever made due to how well they cooked on this griddle. I'm looking forward to using the grill side this week for some healthy indoor quick grilling. It is easy to wash, take apart and put back together. It is rather large and plenty of room to cook 4 pancakes at a time.

Easy to clean- great size for guests, even heat. But it is hard to figure out where to store it - because its reversable - the grill part separates from the base- so it's hard to stand on its side. But I crammed it in a cabinet- and I do love it!

The Wolfgang Puck Nonstick Grill and Griddle is awesome. It has very even heating and the convertible griddle and grill surfaces are great for versatility in the kitchen. Pancakes come off fantastic and skewered meats and vegetables cook easily. A great value for a great product!

I bought this for my mom on mothers day and she absolutely loves it she has cooked on it every day since mothers day whether it be breakfast lunch or dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We love to grill and living in Iowa during the winter months puts a damper on that, BUT now we have this and it is WONDERFUL!!! And being able to make eggs, bacon AND hashbrowns on the griddle side all at the same time is great! And really easy to clean up......so worth it at a great price!

The quality of the product is excellent. It is a little too soon to rate it's durability, as we have not used it enough to make that judgement. The times we have used it, it functioned very good.
