Great gift idea!
I ordered this product for my mother for Mother's Day and she has used it daily since she received it. She was so excited to see Wolfgang on the outside of the box and opening and using the product increased her excitability.

Great item
I mainly got this items for my dog and his meals. I have to chop up his veggies or fruits tiny or else he might choke on them. When it comes to doing his green beans this product is heaven to me. It is so quick and easy I was shocked but you only need to press it for seconds or else it will be too tiny and mushy to cook. Overall I just love it.

I used this one and I was a little afraid of the refurbished but I went ahead and got it any way. This is a great product.

Inaccurate Product Description
This item is misrepresented. It does not include an ice crusher accessory and this component is not listed in the manual. Furthermore, the manual states, ""Do not use the small or large chopping blades for hard foods such as coffee beans, ice cubes, nutmeg, spices or chocolate." Since these are the only two blades that were included, I will not be able to use this for crushing ice as promised in the description. Overstock has not resolved this issue. I am very disappointed with this purchase and Overstock's failure to provide accurate product details.
