This product arrived quickly and even though it was advertised as refurbished it arrived packaged as brand new. The price was quite a bit lower than others I've seen advertised. Works great...much quieter than another brand I was replacing. Chute is large enough to slice whole vegetables. Power of appliance is awesome. Even mixed a meat loaf when no strain on the motor, whatsoever. Drawer to hold accessories is very handy and there's no more searching for them. Highly recommend this food processor.

Fi rst time I've purchased from Overstock.com and I'm very impressed. I was told this refurbished item had been inspected and was in very good condition. When it arrived, I found it to be in pristine condition and have used it many times already. Job well done by Overstock.com.

This is a fantastic product and I use it almost daily in my kitchen. It is powerful and handles bread dough easily. One feature I love is the adjustable slicing disc because you have the choice of depth of the slices. Having all the accessories stored in the drawer on the machine makes it especially handy. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is a great product at a great value. All the parts look good and new. Only one part has me concerned that it may not hold up over time, it looks like a washer. After one use it looked used and worn. I will have to see.

I haven't used this yet. I plugged it in and it works. Not too noisy, be prepared it is a giant machine and heavy. I like that you can house all the attachments inside maybe thatis why. Takes up a lot of space on the counter.

I had not heard of Wolfgang Puck before seeing this processor, but friends who are more experienced cooks that I had. The price was right as it was offered as "reconditioned", although it seemed brand new when I opened the package. It came with five different blades, including an emulsifying blade that I find particularly useful when making salad dressings. The blades are stored in a drawer in the base of the unit. Very powerful and attractive.

Great machine until it breaks down and you are forced to deal w/ their customer service. They don't stand behind their products and in the end your going to shell out more money for an entire new unit. Mine was a simple replacement lid 9.95 no big deal but they sent me the wrong lid and now want me to send it back w/ a check for 12.95 (re-stocking fee). Oh plus s&h in on me too.Their mistake but I have to be the one to pay again for it. Should have bought the one industry experts recommend, cost exactly the same and they at least stand behind their products. Do your homework and you'll see Wolfgang Puck customer service is terrible and the products are not as good as the competitors. Now I have to buy a whole new unit and this time I will listen to what the experts say..

I saw this on a T.V. shopping channel and then found it on Overstock! BONUS!!! What sold me on this was the "garage drawer" build right in to store all the extra blades and the spatula. With my old food processor all the disks were loose and I got cut more than once reaching into a a draw or cabinet for something. This unit is amazingly quite, seems quite powerful and has yet to have any issue with anything I have used it for. Super easy to use, set up and clean. If you are looking to get or upgrade to a better food processor this it the one to get!

I love my Wolfgang Puck food processor. It chops,slices,mixes or anything I want it to do. This is my second one as the first was worn out by use. Saves me time in the kitchen and makes fall harvest much simpler.

This thing does everything well! Kneads dough, crushes ice, emulsifies dressings, makes unbelievable smoothies( you can throw your old blender away), slices, grates, shaves, and chops without a sweat. Makes all food prep easier. Super quiet and cleanup is easy. Adjustable slicing blade is genius. No hole in the bowl so nothing ever leaks out. Easy to clean. Get it!

I must say this is one very fine food processor. Being a vegan I needed a machine that handles well, bowl removal easy and cleaning a snap. This one does it. My gazpacho comes out great and as I read in other reviews it truly is the quietest processor ever. It is heavy but no complaints about it. I love the little drawer below the motor to hold the round specialty blades. Great for storage. I just love it.

I purchased this Wolfgang Puck Food Processor for my wife. We had looked everywhere for one.Retail stores and online. When we checked Overstock.com we were pleasantly surprised at the choices and the prices. We received it so quickly-- even faster than UPS said we would get it.The quality is AMAZING!. The motor is so strong and very quiet. The first thing we made was icecream. With frozen fruit, instant pudding and milk. It was processed before we could believe itand the motor never seemed to be working hard at all. I bought a Wolfgang Puck Gourmet Food Processor (Refurbished) and it came in a timely fashion with all the parts included without damage that I could find or see. I have yet to use the product but those that I have gotten before that are from Wolfgang Puck are of good or excellent quality so far.I would recommend this to others as well. I hope Overstock will be able to carry the 7-cup Wolfgang Puck Gourmet Food Processor in the near future as well, as the 12-cup I bought is and has a rather large "foot print" which takes up a lot of room on the kitchen counter and working space area and the 7-cup has smaller container that seem to be more accepted, family preferred and used vs the hug or large 12-cup model..Doug C.

I had a Kitchenaid 12 cup food processor and got rid of it after purchasing this one. The Wolfgang puck food processor has a seal to keep liquids inside the bowl. Kitchenaid does not. Wolfgang's is a sealed bowl, Kitchenaid is not so even if you cut vegetables they sometimes come out through the middle hole in the processor bowl (which is frustrating). Everything stores in Wolfgang's, with Kitchenaid there's a separate storage box that takes up so much room. Even though it was a refurb, it looks brand new. LOVE THIS FOOD PROCESSOR!

Its got power, its got looks, its got storage its got it all I love it!!! There is video on Utube showing you what you can do with this food processor I love that you can whip cream with it I did it and it works and it stays for days!!! Its great it chops wonderfully I love it.

I am so happy with this product. I've used it for all my standbys (pesto, salsa, salsa verde, hummus) so far, and love the way this machine works. It is quiet, smooth, fast, well-thought-out, easy to clean and easy to store, even given its size. It's clearly well made and I would be surprised if this was not a life-long product in my kitchen. My mother had the same Oster food processor for 35 years. I hope my Puck lasts as long and I think it will.

I just received this item today, and already I have made homemade potato chips! I love the fact that the slicing blade allows you to choose the thickness you want. I've purchased other refurbished items from Overstock, and I have been thoroughly pleased. When I saw this listed it was out of stock, but they emailed me when it was available again. I had already purchased it from somewhere else for over $200 with shipping charges, and got this one today for less than $100. . . .do the math!!! Needless to say, I'm sending the other one back. I'm hooked on the O! Thanks!!
