Good insructions
I was a little leery of buying a reconditioned product but it was like new. The only thing I don't like is no off/on switch, you have to unplug it to turn it off. It works well and is easy to use. It has a large capacity and will certainly be well used by me.

Product came dented twice. Manuels were soiled.
I ordered this product twice. First one came in with a big dent in front and the manuel was soiled with food bits. Also, It did not work. Returned it and got another. It had three small dents on the side. The manuel was soiled. the water catcher was missing. I have not used it yet but it does work. They gave me a credit on each pressure cooker. It was in o'k condition but if it works I will keep it.

Cannot get replacement parts (gasket for Lid)
This is basically a throw-away item. Use it until it breaks because when the gasket goes bad, there isn't anywhere to purchase a replacement. Even wpcookware.com shows that there are no replacement parts available. This is my first pressure cooker and the doumentation is terrible. The booklet that comes with the cooker is for some other machine because this one does not have 'meat' or 'soup' settings. it's got a timer, and three lights that say heat, cook and warm. I have only cooked chicken breasts in it so far and it seemed to do fine.

Not Bad
It is refurbished, so the outside is not as perfect as brand new one, the recipe booklet is as old as my Grade 1 book, but the quality is good, considering the "refurbished" price, it is a good deal.

This was my first time ordering from overstock.com. I will continue to order from them. This pressure cooker is amazing. What they described is what i received. i am extremely happy with my purchase. The pressure cooker is so easy to use, cooks extremely fast and the result is mouth watering results that are so tender they melt in your mouth.

Love my Wolfgang electric pressure cooker
I love this electric pressure cooker! I had one previous (older style model) that I had bought used and it finally bit the dust. This one is bigger and holds more. The best part is being able to put in frozen meat and it's done in an hour. It's awesome!

Excellent buy
This is my first pressure cooker. I can make corned beef and cabbage in 30 minutes and stew and pot roast. It all came out great and so fast and the pressure cooker (which is normally about $120 retail) worked GREAT!
