This is a great tool for the kitchen. I love mine so much, I bought another one for my son for his birthday.

This pressure cooker is amazing. Cooking rice is so amazing with this. I make a lot of sushi and this makes cooking sushi rice perfect every time. It cooks rice in 6 minutes. I plan on using it for canning in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend this product!

I am very pleased with the performance of my pressure cooker. It is excellent for roast & chicken. It is easy to clean and is really nice looking. I was disappointed that it is a 5 quart instead of 7 quarts since I use a pressure cooker for big family dinners. I had read a review from another lady who said the same, so I checked to make sure. There was also a scratch in the inner pot but since it is refurbished and at such a good price I decided that I could live with that.

This is a wonderful product that I don't know how I ever got along without. It cooks extremely fast and produced some of the best tasting meals I have ever made. If you like slow cooker receipes, you'll love this cooker as it produces the same type of results in a fraction of the time. Meats come out wonderfully tender in less than an hour, and veggies in minutes. Everything is done in the cooking vessel as well. Browning, sauteing, and complete cooking without using separate pots and pans minimizing clean-up. It even comes with a plastic lid for storing a meal for later or for left-overs. There's a steaming accessory included as well. I recommed the 7qt model as it is big enough to make a meal for an entire family or steam large quantities or large sized vegetables at one time. The controls are pretty easy to use but could be a little more versitile. I like the delay start feature as I can program it to complete cooking without being nearby to tend to it. The "warm" feature is also handy keeping sauces, soups, or chili at just the right temperature for serving. It cleans up extremely quick and easy. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a lot of time to cook but still would like to serve complete, tasty, and nurishing meals very economically.

bought this because i saw an ad on tv for a different one and thought to myself o.co must have this cheaper. I was not surprised that i got this beautiful completely functional pressure cooker for less than half the price . Yes, the website said it was refurbished but it looked like it had never been out of the box. I love love love this machine. i use it for many things soups, stews, sauces, deep frying, warming, and as an extra pot when my stove is full. I loved it so much i ordered one for my parents! Now one of my friends wants one! the only reason i didnt give a perfect 5 stars for this review is because the lid has a gasket that needs to be removed to be cleaned. i wish the gasket was easier to clean and didnt require removal to wash. but if that is the worst part of owning this machine it is worth it. I have 4 children and it is such a relief to know that i can fit a meal large enough to feed 6 people in one pot. i set it and go.

I just LOVE this pressure cooker form Wolfgang Puck. I have had others, but this one is THE BEST. Simple and easy to use. Big 7 quart capacity makes it easy for me to fit a rack of ribs in there! I take them out and throw them on the grill with BQ-sauce...fall off the bone deliciousness! I use my cooker several times a week to make chili, chicken soup, and much much more! Cooking for me is much quicker and easier with this pressure cooker! Cleanup is easy too!

Just received this and am not liking it too much. It looks nice on the counter, like the size, and love the idea of setting and forgetting it. The issue is that items are preset, so all meat is cooked for 20 minutes, all vegetables for a specified time, etc. Problem is different meats need different times. The pot gets around this by the ability to add minutes, which I suppose works but a digital display where you could just enter in the time would be far better. It is nice to not have to watch for pressure, then adjust the stove burner like a stove top model. The vent release for manual release seems terribly loose and it is tough to tell that it is set right because the indicator is lined up, but it does not ever click into place and wobbles. It also took a long time to heat up to pressure, far longer than my stove top model. Once at pressure it was brilliant with the timer make sure you do not over cook. The rice turned out perfect using the recipe guide. Getting the lid off was uncomfortable, but I suppose that I will get better at it. I currently own a 10 quart fodor rapida and a 4 quart version as well. One of them will be returned, and as of now I am thinking it will be the Puck model.

Purchased three as Christmas gifts for my adult children. They arrived quickly and I couldn't tell any of them from brand new. They love them! I have an older electric pressure cooker and plan to donate it and my electric rice cooker (doubles as a rice cooker) to my local thrift shop and get another one for myself! You can search online and get plenty of recipes. Overstock comes through again!

Wolfgang Puck's 7 Qt electric pressure cooker is one amazing machine. I have used it twice with excellent results. Its is very easy to use. The instruction maual is very helpful and gives you a good selection of recipes to try out. I have never used a Pressure Cooker before and was nervous the first time I used it. It worked perfectly so no worries now! It is refurbished and came in excellent condition. Don't be afraid to give this machine a try. It makes cooking a breeze. The 7 Qt size is the one to get for preparing food for the family.

After seeing this on *** I wanted to get this pressure cooker. I have used it to make rice and veggies so far with awesome results. (Made PERFECT risotto in 10 minutes!). Easy to clean. Preset time for variety of foods, but one can always add more time as necessary. Highly recommended. Would suggest buying a cookbook for more recipes. (Thinking of buying more Wolfgang Puck appliances)

Love it. You could cook a leather shoe in it and it would come out tender. Made the Spicey-Glazed Baby Pork Ribs receipe today. Came out fall off the bone tender and yummy in 25 minutes. This new version has many more features than my old cooker had.

Used it for the first time and made a great chicken pie in about 12 minutes. Takes a bit to get to pressure, so the actual cook time was closer to 30 minutes, but it came out great. Looking forward to trying new things. Easy to use, easy to clean with the removable pan. Would have been nice if they told me somewhere in the instructions on how long it takes to get up to pressure and temperature. That is the only negative I can come up with.

I had a smaller one of these, and could only wander how I ever got along without for so many years, your meat, comes out so tender, and I paid 100.00 for my first one, anyone that has never tried a presure cooker before, well you will wish you had, alot sooner...so get them while they are a bargain!
