I love this pressure cooker! I've cooked ribs, roast, potato soup etc. It is so quiet that I check it to make sure it's really on. Sometimes I forget to allow for the time it takes for the steam to build up and start cooking...but that's my issue. I would purchase this item again and suggest it to others.

This product looks great and works great! I'm really enjoying using it for cooking beans & meats. The corned beef & cabbage recipe in the manual was the best ever! Won't be making it in a crockpot ever again!

I have nothing but high praise for this product. I was a bit hesitant because it was "Refurbished" and I didn't have any experience with refurbished products before, but this item just great. I started to use it the moment I've got it delivered and use it almost every day. The ease, the time of cooking - these are unbeatable features I was looking for in daily busy life. Now I just have to get recipes book for Pressure Cooker and I will be using this daily! Imagine: your whole entire dinner meal cooked in 10-20 minutes! Can it get any better or easier?!

I bought the refurbished product. When It did not work I returned it wanting to have it replaced, but was not able to as they were out of stock. It's a beautiful appliance. I still would like to try to get one that works. I just had bad luck with this one. If you find one that works, go for it.

I am really happy with the Pressure Cooker and for great value. I've bought a couple of refurbished items and really happy with it. Overstock also delivers promptly and offers a wide variety of merchandise. I am a frequent overstock customer.

This pressure cooker is amazing. Cooking rice is so amazing with this. I make a lot of sushi and this makes cooking sushi rice perfect every time. It cooks rice in 6 minutes. I plan on using it for canning in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend this product!

I really love using this pressure cooker. I have cooked several things in it, and it has really made cooking a breeze. On really hot, humid days the last thing I want to do is heat up my house cooking on my stove. So, I break out my pressure cooker and supper is cooked in no time without heating up my kitchen.

I think my new Pressure cooker is amazing. I use it about 3 or 4 times a week. My Family loves the way the meat comes out so tender. The kitchen stays so much cooler. This is the first Pressure cooker I've ever owned, and I may need to buy another one because my Family is eating so much more, now.

This is a wonderful cooker - originally saw it offered on a home shopping channel and was interested in the benefits, but at $200+, immediately searched OS and happily found a refurbished model at 1/3 the cost. Gave to my daughter and after using, she threw her conventional crockpot away. This has been a perfect find - cooks amazing meals in such a short time, particularly roasts, etc., that would have taken hours are now prepared in minutes. She loves this cooker and has purchased two more for gifts. This item is refurbished, thus the great price, and after months of using, still operates without any problems. Recipe book is very good and it cleans up easily. Very happy with this and would recommend it to anyone.

I've had this product for a year and a half. The original broke 2 months after I purchased it. Overstock replaced it and now a year later it broke again.While it worked it was great but it isn't reliable.I wouldn't recommend it and will replace it with an old fashioned pressure cooker.

I would recommend this product to a friend with the caveat that it is not a 7 quart pot. The operation of the machine was easy and so far the results are great.

I am very pleased with the performance of my pressure cooker. It is excellent for roast & chicken. It is easy to clean and is really nice looking. I was disappointed that it is a 5 quart instead of 7 quarts since I use a pressure cooker for big family dinners. I had read a review from another lady who said the same, so I checked to make sure. There was also a scratch in the inner pot but since it is refurbished and at such a good price I decided that I could live with that.

I love this pressure cooker. You can brown as well as braise and pressure cook. It is very substantial in size and pretty easy to use. I look forward to many experiments with tougher cuts of meat.

If I can only have one appliance in my kitchen, this would be it. I've make soups, stews, and pudding. They all came out great. My favourite part is that I can make stock, from start to finish, in less than an hour. What a time-and-money-saver! I grew up seeing my mom using the heavy awkward stove-top pressure cooker. This is so much easier to use and looks nicer in the kitchen. The one down side is that it takes up a lot of counter space. But if you want to make stock, you have to go with a big pot.

This is a wonderful product that I don't know how I ever got along without. It cooks extremely fast and produced some of the best tasting meals I have ever made. If you like slow cooker receipes, you'll love this cooker as it produces the same type of results in a fraction of the time. Meats come out wonderfully tender in less than an hour, and veggies in minutes. Everything is done in the cooking vessel as well. Browning, sauteing, and complete cooking without using separate pots and pans minimizing clean-up. It even comes with a plastic lid for storing a meal for later or for left-overs. There's a steaming accessory included as well. I recommed the 7qt model as it is big enough to make a meal for an entire family or steam large quantities or large sized vegetables at one time. The controls are pretty easy to use but could be a little more versitile. I like the delay start feature as I can program it to complete cooking without being nearby to tend to it. The "warm" feature is also handy keeping sauces, soups, or chili at just the right temperature for serving. It cleans up extremely quick and easy. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a lot of time to cook but still would like to serve complete, tasty, and nurishing meals very economically.

What can I say. Somehow I expected it to be on the small size, but it definately is not. We have used it for rice for a very large party, made countless gallons of soup during this winter coldness, and I am hoping on doing more soon. I LOVE the electric feature. It makes soup VERY quickly and keeps it warm. This will be on my counter ready for new culinary adventures for a long, long time.
