I am back on-line shopping for a food processor. I bought this model a while ago, used it a couple of times, just pulled it out the other days to use it and it didn't work. Very disappointed!

I'm really bummed about this purchase I used the processor once and the next time I plugged it in...NOTHING I don't know what happened it just won't work:-(

My initial purchase arrived w/a small defective part. Overstock did an immediate exchange, was professional and courteous at all times. Their communications keeping me informed was excellent. The one thing I must emphasis is to read the instructions manual first. There are small points that can make a difference in the machine's performance. Since then, I have used this many times and with no problems or disappointments. I plan to purchase one for my daughter. I love the smaller footprint of this processor and the way the blades/power cord can be stored without getting lost. My only disappointment was it was unavailable in red. If that's my only disappointment, life will be great.

i got this food processor last year and it is amazing. my hubby always says that this was the best purchase we ever made! i bought one for my sister this year and she is going to love it!! i highly recommend this to everyone.
