have only used a few times, but I am very happy with this purchase! it takes up the same amount of counter space as other models but has a higher cup capacity and more horsepower!
when i first saw this product advertise my first thought was the price and the name. when i finally tried using the product it just wouldn't turn on. i tried several times, several plugs at home, the power light turned on but the motor was dead. coming from wolfgang puck product i expected more. i was very disappointed.
I love this. It's cute and handy and makes life a little easier for me since I have a disability and have trouble using my hands to work with food.
i like the quick job it done, that was amazing, love the cobalt blue color, i thought the drawer for disks was great but, i couldn't figure out how to put them in correctly so i put the blade in , some times a little diagram would be nice, 1 thing i wish they could improve is the height of the shoot that goes in to the bowl its a tad high, i guess the other bowl you can buy would be better, but i have enough bowls, so i really shouldn't have to purchase another
