grany211  from small town Idaho,  Oct 29, 2009
Really enjoy this machine,as for it being a refurbished product you could not tell, Looks, and works like brand new. I would recommend this food processor to anyone who needs a smaller unit, I like all of Wolfgang Pucks products!

never again
soarfree  from bremerton, wa,  Oct 31, 2009
i purchased this food processor to help in the kitchen; however, the machine did not work from day 1. everytime i tried to use it, the rubber piece with the hole in it that is screwed in to the base kept loosening to the point that the processor would not work. i had to re-screw this piece just to have it loosen up again. since this was a factory re-conditioned item, i was not able to return it for exchange or refund. i will never buy a factory re-conditioned item again, even though it is cheaper to do this.

Wolfgang Puck Food Processor
nrstrnr63  from Chamblee, GA,  Oct 30, 2009
This product was a gift for my sister, who lives in a small apartment. She was thrilled with the size, and with the convenience of its internal storage space. She has used it for jobs like pesto, which don't need a huge bowl. Having warned her about the reviews regarding its "food flinging" through the spout, she's avoided using that feature thus far. We did, however, laugh about the visual image it conjured. I rated it a 4 only because she hasn't had it very long, and so cannot speak for its durability.

small processor
aenb  from Bakersfield, CA,  Oct 29, 2009
For the small size that it is, this processor does the job pretty well. When you open the part that allows chopping directly over a bowl or pizza (for example), the chopped stuff spews out all over the place. I recommend keeping that part closed so that your chopped cheese/vegs remain enclosed in the container. Then open and dump. It's well made, but it is small.

Good value
faithunlimited  from Cincinnati, Ohio,  Oct 28, 2009
I have only used this Processor once, but I am thrilled with the outcome. My friend purchased this product and I immediately wanted it. It is a very good value from the advertised prices I had seen. It seems to be a little workhorse.

Great buy!
soljahdes  from San Rafael, CA,  Oct 26, 2009
Everything is perfect except the drop-down divider for the shoot. If you use it for liquids often you may want to get a different lid. Other than that, I love it!

I'm happy
911d  from Lyman, WY,  Oct 24, 2009
I had been a little leary purchasing an item that had been prior returned, but shouldn't have been. Appears to work as claimed and no appearance of any prior use. I would have rated higher for Durability and Workmanship, but my purchase is too new to rate at 5 Star. Would like to have had more blades for wider variety of cutting choices.

WP food processor
neetah  from Vista, Ca,  Oct 21, 2009
This is the third machine that I have purchased. I use it twice a day, every day. Be careful with the blades when you are washing, they are very sharp at first and will slice you fingers very easily. Try not to put the handle in water, as the water enters the handle area and with time it starts to look really bad since it is clear on one side, and there is no way to clean that area once it is dirty. Will puree very well, great for grinding your own hamburger meat. Good machine at this price.

great appliance
601goodtogo  from jackson,ms,  Oct 21, 2009
I live in an apartment and don't have much counter space. This food processor is just the right size and it is attractive enough to keep out on the counter. It processes good and the shoot is really handy.

does not work
duskwatr  from alabama,  Oct 20, 2009
I received it, put it all together, plugged it up, worked a second, quit and has not worked since. If I had not have gotten it almost free I would send it back. Right now would cost me more to send it back than I paid for it.

An AFFORDABLE food processor!
kdr1  from New Orleans,  Oct 18, 2009
I purchased this because I really like the design and the fact that the blades have their own storage compartment in the machine. For just two people, I really couldn't justify the $100+ price tag of a full size machine, and my kitchen counters are already filled with other appliances. This processor takes up very little counter space and it does a GREAT job! I have had more success using the processor to shoot the food out into another container because I found that the primary blades will emulsify pretty much anything you put in there to process, but that's ok with me! For the price, the size, and the value, you can't find a better processor. I use it daily, or almost daily, and I am a very, very satisfied customer!

Very nice machine! Everything we anticipated. Works well and is easy to assemble. The only concern is that the plastic is thin and could break if dropped or banged. However, with care and gentle use it should serve well for many years. Well worth the price.

Broke after 4 uses
sophorific  from Vermont,  Oct 16, 2009
I bought this food processor to make baby food. Once I started to make baby food, I realized how awesome having a food processor was. I realized how much easier it was going to make cooking. I was excited to use this product! Then, today, I was going to use it to puree some black beans for a soup that I was cooking. I put together the Wolfgang Puck Food Processor, plugged it in, and then it wouldn't work. We reset it. It wouldn't work. This food processor has only been used as directed in the user manual. After about, oh, 4 times it broke on us. Please save yourself some money and buy another food processor. I wish I had.

Food processor
elisejb  from Warrenton, OR,  Oct 15, 2009
The processor looks fine and seems sturdy enough. However, it took both my neighbour and I to get it to work, the directions are not that clear in my opinion. Once we figured it out, it worked fine and seems to do the job well. Since I have only used it once I don't really have an opinion on how well it will perform but I have high hopes that it will last me awhile. The price was certainly right. The reason I would not recommend it to my friends is that the directions need to be reviewed.I'd hate for anybody to lose a finger or two in their salsa.

Small and convenient
dhs52  from University Place, WA,  Oct 14, 2009
This is a great little processor for the price; a good size for everyday tasks like chopping, grating cheese, etc. Haven't tried slicing yet. Ths storage drawer for accessories is very useful.

Mini food processor
foxrunner  from I'm retired, living in the GA mountains,  Oct 14, 2009
Wonderful little kitchen tool. With the hoidays approaching, this processor is perfect for chopping and mincing all the food needed for candies, cookies and holiday treats. Size is perfect, does not take up valuable counterspace. Easy to clean!

Not bad for the money
lewisw  from Farmington, MI,  Oct 13, 2009
I used my new food processor for several hours the other day. I was surprised at how thin, the thin side of the slicing blade made the carrots. I was thinking of getting a mandolin, but I don't have much use for one now. It has a nice strong motor. The only draw back I could find was the lid. We don't have an automatic dish washer. We wash by hand. The discharge chute for externally collecting your chopped up stuff was hard to dry off. I really like having the little drawer in the bottom for storing the blades. Not only does it make it easy to manage them, but they will stay sharp longer too. I have 2 other food processors, one large and one very small. This one will do the lions share of the work.
