My 17-year-old daughter needed a new mattress for her daybed. I'm a single mom, and I don't have a truck so I wanted something inexpensive and comfortable and delivered! It came right away and in perfect condition (don't let the rolled-up mattress scare you). My daughter says it is "super comfortable" and she "loves it." She now says she can't wait to take naps because her bed is so comfortable. I would recommend this product and would buy it again.Read More
Very comfortable mattress. Not too soft or too hard. It's intended for our 2 year old but very comfortable for adult too. Love the pillow top. I choose this over a memory foam mattress and I am so glad I did. We are even thinking getting a bigger size for us parents too.Read More
We purchased the mattress to replace an old mattress for parent but the mattress was too soft without good support for the body. It was too soft.Read More
Purchased it for my 10yr old, she liked it, but my wife felt it was to "springy" & "bouncy"; she decribed it as "you really know your on springs" would not purchase it again.Read More
This mattress is really soft. If you are looking for medium of firm, this mattress might not work for you. I am using it in a guess bedroom which has not been used once yet. However, from sitting on it and lying on it, I can tell it is very soft. For those who love soft, this mattress will work great!Read More
It's comfortable. my son sleeps very comfortable throughout the night. Thanks.Read More

Bought it sometime ago. Still quite comfortable, looks new.Read More
I went out on a limb and bought this mattress for my 5 year old son - I was quite disenchanted with our local bedding stores (they wanted $*** for a mediocre mattress - mattress, shipping, tax - no box spring). So I checked overstock and read reviews and decided to give this mattress a try. The mattress arrived yesterday in a retangular cubed box - 2 day shipping. It was easy to open and sprung into shape once the plastic wrap was removed. The twin mattress is a basic mattress and has a pillowtop thick enough to make the mattress comfortable. On the other non-pillowtop side, you can definitely feel the springs and thank goodness that is not the side you have to sleep on! The mattress itself is somewhat springy but I wouldn't say it is super duper springy. The mattress is on the softer side so people who really like FIRM mattresses probably wouldn't like it that much. I think this mattress would be great as a child's/kid's mattress or a guest room mattress. I wouldn't consider this mattress a 10 year + mattress with every day use - but who knows it may last that long but I'd be surprised though. I find it to be a comfortable mattress and wouldn't mind sleeping on it myself. The directions say the mattress should be flipped / turned around during the first month of use to ensure it longevity. I think this mattress is a great purchase for the price/quality. I highly recommend.Read More

How to Add Style to a Twin Mattress
You may not believe it, but your twin mattresses can be your biggest ally when redecorating a bedroom. Twin mattresses might seem exceptionally plain, but with a few additional design elements, they can be transformed into bold twin beds with style. As the smallest of the mattress sizes, twin mattresses remain versatile and can be used in many different rooms. Incorporate twin mattresses and beds into the bedrooms of children or young adults. Two twin beds can also be used for extra bedding in a guest bedroom. Don't forget that these mattresses come in both regular size and in an extra-long size for taller sleepers. Look below for additional tips on how to add style to a twin mattress.

Best Mattresses for Every Sleeping Position
A mattress is one of the most important purchases you can make because you spend hours each day sleeping and rejuvenating for the next day. While shopping for a new mattress, keep in mind the typical sleeping positions you have to ensure you will find the right mattress to help with bone or joint alignment. Below, you'll learn the best mattresses for every sleeping position. Sleeping on your back: If you primarily sleep on your back, you need to find a mattress with support to prevent pain in the lower back. Sleeping on a mattress that does not have enough support causes muscle strain in the back and increases the chance you will assume a poor posture during sleep, leaving you achy in the morning. The best mattresses for this sleeping position have at least 400 to 800 14-gauge coils. Innerspring mattresses feature firm coils to support the back yet still mold to the curvature of the spine. Mattresses with box springs are ideal for those who sleep on their backs because they stabilize weight, offering back support and increasing the life of the bedding. Sleeping on your stomach: While sleeping on your stomach is comfortable, it also increases pressure and strain on parts of the body like the neck or back. Soft mattresses are the best for those who sleep on their stomachs. Look for mattresses that have 300 to 400 14-gauge coils, which will ensure the mattress is soft and comfortable. If you must use a pillow, look into buying a memory foam style, which molds to the head and neck to stabilize them during sleep. Sleeping on your side: Side sleeping is one of the most common positions on a mattress, and it may also be one of the hardest positions to shop for. Since you lay on your side, there is pressure on the shoulders and hips, which could make a firm mattress uncomfortable for sleeping. A mattress that is too soft is often not supportive enough to keep the spine in proper alignment. The ideal mattress for this position is one that has supportive coils, with a memory foam topper to provide comfort to the joints of the body. Foam mattresses can range in design from luxurious and thick memory foam beds to roughly-cut slabs of camping foam. Even some pet beds are made with foam. How to Choose Sheets for an Inflatable Mattress
An inflatable mattress is indispensible as extra bedroom furniture when you have houseguests or as a comfortable resting place when you're enjoying the great outdoors (from the safety of a tent). To make your air bed even more appealing, make sure you treat it like a regular bed; an inflatable mattress will benefit from luxurious sheets as much as any other mattress. Choose the right sheets for your bedroom furniture and treat your guests to an inflatable mattress experience they'll never forget.

Why Baby Mattress Ratings Matter

How to Test Crib Mattress Firmness
You've picked out an adorable crib. Now it's time to find the right crib mattress to go in it. Like the rest of your baby furniture, you want your crib mattress to be the very best, and that means buying a firm mattress for your baby. When you're shopping for baby mattresses, your guideline should be "the firmer, the better." A firm baby mattress that fits your crib properly can help prevent injury and SIDS. Read the following tips to help you test crib mattress firmness to ensure the mattress you purchase is safe for your baby.
There are basically three common types of mattresses used today: spring mattresses, memory foam mattresses, inflatable mattresses and feather beds. Each type has its own benefits. A mattress pad is a less expensive way to add comfort to your bed than purchasing a whole new mattress. With that said, if your mattress is lumpy or saggy, a mattress topper probably won't make much difference. If it is good, though, you have many different choices in material, price, and comfort. Whatever you get, just make sure you purchase the right size for your bed frame. Take a look below to learn more about the best-selling mattresses on the market.
