Pure genius
Overstock has become the best online retailer for modern replicas, and this Wegner copy is yet another reason why my friends and I have become "Overstockers." I'm familiar with the original, as my boss had a set of them. And the ones I got on Overstock are really well made. Honestly, I can't tell the difference, and I am a serious fan of this chair. As soon as you sit in it, you realize why Wegner whas such a genius. It just feels "right." I think better in this chair. Maybe it's the wishbone design.

High quality chairs
I bought 6 to use at my round, pedestal dining room table. These chairs came packed 2 in a box. Wrapped very well. No assembly required. Sturdy, attractive, light-weight and comfortable. Looks just like the original designer chair. After opening I was concerned that the chair was too low for my table however no complaints from guests (chair seat measures ~16 3/4" from floor). Chairs do not slide under my table and suspect wouldn't slide under many tables. Chair arms are angled and start at ~27 3/4" from floor and increases to nearly 29" as you move towards the back of the chair. Because they don't slide under my table they do stick out 12" from the table (round table) which could be problematic if you are working with tight quarters. Fortunately for me they work well. Very happy. (measurements provided are not exact)
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Hard to tell if chairs had a sheen in the photos. Appeared matte however does have a little gloss.

Faithful repro of classic Wegman
This is a faithful reproduction of the classic “wishbone” chair (also known as the CH24 chair or the Y chair) which was designed by the Danish designer Hans J. Wegman, who was instrumental in bringing mid-century Danish design to the forefront of the international market. I’ve wanted one of these for a long time, but could never fork over the over $800 for an original. For the price on Overstock, this is better than the original as far as I’m concerned. Same design, solid construction. A fraction of the price. No contest.

Nice looknig and comfortable
I purchased two of these chairs for a breakfast nook area. These get used a lot - several times each day. The paint is excellent, the seats are comfortable and these are stylish chairs. Since they are used in an eating area, the seats have had food dropped on them. Surprisingly, they clean up very easily. I highly recommend these chairs - they are well worth the money.

Well made no assembly needed chair
I think the little chair is a jewel. It is dainty in appearance. I wish it were wider. But I do love it. I am using it in a bathroom where it has been really handy. It is sturdy. That said--I could not imageine a large man feeling comfortable on it. "No assembly" are two magic words!
