These are perfect for heavy, formal drapery. I give them four stars rather than five, only because they are slightly clunky. That said, they're hanging with my silk drapes and look good.

These window treatments provide just what I want: lightweight, but roomdarkening, easy to slide tabs and true deep color. Perfect year-round.

These curtains have helped to reduce the cold air from our picture window traveling in the house. It hangs well. I do recommend ironing after you wash the them and let them dry otherwise the hems get twisted.

These curtains have the added flair that I wanted. The twisted tabs weren't that difficult to tie once I got the hang of it. I will agree with other reviewers that the directions for twisting the were not tremendously helpful. I threaded the tab through the loop so that it would lie flat; pinched the loop in the center front so that it looked like a bow tie; twisted the loop 180 degrees and pulled the tab through the center of the loop formed by twisting. I pulled the tab through from the back to the front and adjusted the loop fabric until I liked the look. Easy enough. I have gotten lots of compliments on these curtains. I love them!

I purchased two 63" panels in white, one for a window in my Laundry Room and one for a window in our Master Bath. They are very pretty AND easily washable. I installed tie back hooks to match the curtain rods which made easy work of opening & closing the curtains. That was a must for my husband in the bathroom! All in all, a fabulous buy and zero regrets.

I bought two of these for my bedroom windows, in beige. The material is soft and drapes well. It works so much better than our wood blinds at blocking out the morning light! I'm not very good at tying it up properly, so this is what I do: I pull the tied from around the back of the curtain and make a loose tie in the center of the drape. I have side-by-side windows. With two shades tied thusly, the look is balanced and modern. I'm probably breaking a decorating rule by tying them the way I do, but it's quick, simple and tidy.

These curtains are effective in giving privacy and keeping out a bit of cold. I only wish they came with tie-backs. But for the price they are great looking and effective.

These curtains were used for a 30 foot window span. They drape nicely and really restrict the heat and cold making the room comfortable. When pulled back and secured with tie-backs, they add an elegance and charm to the room. Very happy with this purchase. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The additional size has given a much more custom look to such a large span.

This product is elegant with beautiful colors. Heavy duty n very long ropes. If you need extra long for wide window treatments.

Good thing I read the reviews. I didn't realize curtains with grommets DO NOT extend the way normal ones do on a track so you need about double the length. I read review where someone bought this size for a sliding door and that measured about the same width I was looking for. Extra wide and when you pull out the curtains from both sides to the center they cover the area perfectly and the grommets make the curtain folds which give a nice look and not just a straight, flat surface. The tie-backs are a good idea and give the curtains a nice "look".

I ordered the curtains in pink and white and I really like the soft pink for my future daughter's nursery! The white is not ultra white, but a bit more greyish (maybe from the blackout material showing through the white material?), but it still looks nice. The packaging says it blocks 99.9% of light which I don't think is true at all, although that's probably an unrealistic expectation anyway. If there were a way to block light from the top, sides, and bottom, it would probably block out the vast majority of light. I'm overall pleased because I think it blocks as much light as can be reasonable expected and the price makes these curtains a great value. As another reviewer mentioned, I wished the grommets were chrome, but I knew they weren't when ordering, and honestly it's not that noticeable. The curtains seem to be of good quality and they even come with a set of tie backs which is nice. I would buy these curtains again!

these drapes were a good quality, however did not darken the room at all even with thermal backing...perhaps it was that I ordered a light color - but with the backing, they should have served as room darkening...I even have pleated shades on the window - I would suggest these for looks and perhaps for insulation purpose - but if you need to darken the room, these are not the drapes you want.

Much nicer looking than the pictures, these drapes are heavy and very luminous with light in them. They do darken my room considerably unless direct sunlight is shining into them. They have a true 'drape' quality, meaning they hold a loose pleat on their own once hung, and fall very gracefully from a tie back. They have a good quality lining that keeps the cold at bay, and makes them opaque. Nothing at all is visible through them. They are all linen and have linen's natural sheen and subtle texture. I love them!

These curtains worked perfectly in a bedroom . The quality was fine and any wrinkles fell out after hanging. The tie backs are great for when you want to let in more light. Be sure to buy the wrap around curtain rod if you want to block out the light on the sides of the curtains.

The curtains are GREAT. I like the material and color and they hang nicely. They are indeed BLACKOUT curtains. The only thing I would change is the color of the loop on the tie backs. White loops on dark curtain tie backs does not make much sense. I have only had them up a few days but so far I have been very pleased.

I read all the glowing reviews written by others about this product. I was so pleased as I was very limited to size and style and these were perfect.. They were the only pair I could find that would work where I needed them . The features are all fine. The drapes are nice enough. The primary reason I purchased them was because i wanted a darkening drape. The description says they cut 99% of the light. that is not true. I don't know how others could have said the were great at cutting the light. I have darkening shades in all my other bedrooms and these drapes do not cut much light at all. I was very disappointed and got no satisfaction when I complained that the ad was misleading and gave false information. If you are planning on getting a product that cuts 99% of the light you don't want these drapes.

Ordered the Orange curtains. They weren't as bright as they appeared online. More of a creamy orange color. I like them very much and they do a good job blocking 90% of the morning sunlight. They also came with matching tie-backs which I have not used.

I have been on the hunt for blackout curtains for my daughter's room for several months now. It's hard to find good quality curtains that actually block the light, and that are pretty enough for a young girl's room. These are amazing. They are not lined, but the fabric is thick and soft (almost silky) and they truly blackout the room. They come with matching tie backs, but I am using a wide pink ribbon instead to make them a bit more feminine. I really love these curtains - also, the price was good and shipping was quick.

These insulated curtains are great at keeping the sun out that is for sure. They are a little hard to tie up though when you want to raise them. We will see how that goes this summer . Overall, they are a good curtain for the money and they will keep the sun out.

The second the sun comes up in the morning, it wakes me up if my window isn't properly blocked off. I got tired of keeping it covered in black construction paper so started shopping around for a better solution. Found these on amazon at first, but according to many reviewers, they only received one curtain panel. So I found the set here, for a few bucks less. Got them up pretty easily, they have cloth straps at the top to slide right onto a curtain rod. And, I was pleasantly surprised they also came with tie-backs, so I can actually see out when I want to, unlike with the construction paper. I got the black ones with cute silver stars, as none of the other colors would match my room, also because I trust black to block light better. I'm not sure that would matter however, as nothing gets through the heavy, satiny material. They work better than I realistically thought they would. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't want to be awakened at the crack of dawn on weekends, and unlike other black out solutions, they are cute with the silver stars.
