I bought a king sized canopy bed from overstock for the master bedroom in a beach house. I wanted to add drapes on the sides because the room is right off the foyer. Due to the construction of the bed, they had to be tie top and 84" long. These fit the bill perfectly and have the airy feel to them appropriate for a beach house.

The curtains I got on overstock came with tie backs though they were not mentioned so will return these. You may want to let the curtains get delivered first and then decide whether you need them.

This product is elegant with beautiful colors. Heavy duty n very long ropes. If you need extra long for wide window treatments.

Although not lined as some black-out curtians are, these curtains for the boys' rooms are so very soft that even my 10 year old and 4 year old noticed it. They drape back nicely with the tie-backs. They look and feel luxurious. Have not washed them yet. Hung them up straight out of the bag. Purchased navy blue and brown and both are perfect for their rooms.

I like this shade/curtain because it eliminates having to have a shade and a curtain. I like the look of it as it is very different and looks great in my bedroom. My boyfriend has a different opinion as he is used to the typical curtains that "tie back" on the sides. He doesn't like this curtain I bought at all but I do and I would highly recommend it if you want a curtain that is different from the usual.

I had been shopping for weeks to find the perfect window treatment. I Purchased 1 pair or 1 panel from of at least 16 different draperies and hung them in the LR window. So many of them looked washed out in the sunlight or didn't provide nightime privacy or insulation to keep cool in summer or warm in winter. We couldn't agree on any of them. It was a real challenge trying to satisfy both of our style needs, but these curtains won. The colors worked perfectly in the room and they offered privacy and insulation. Golds, green and brick red worked with our new furniture and decorating.

After returning another set of curtains on Overstock I was hesitant to buy online again but I'm sure glad I did, these curtains are just what I wanted. I ordered the white and they're nice and breezy looking allowing some light to filter through without fear of being sheer at night when the lights are on.. They washed and machine dried (on low) perfectly and came with tie-backs. The material is nice and soft with what seems to be a matte finish to my eyes. I highly recommend these if you're going for the same look that I was.

This curtain is actually too sheer and a bit too shiney. I had extra material because it was longer than I needed so I cut off the buttom and made a top ruffle and tie back just to spruce it up. Still not crazy about the curtain.

These look okay on the windows, but there are a few things others should be aware of: 1) The fabric is really thin, so if you're looking for material that's got some body to it, these aren't for you. The rope trim on the valance part of the curtains seems to be sewn on too tightly--it pulls on the fabric of the curtain and is very hard to iron out so that it lays right. Also, there were numerous random threads all over the curtains that had to be clipped off--many more than one might expect. 2) This is a 3-piece set, not a 5-piece set. The curtains and valance are a single combination. I put up hardware before the curtains arrives, expecting I'd need 3 rods--one for sheers, another for the curtains and a third for the valance. I only needed two rods since the valance and curtains were a combo. 3) Although technically the description of the curtain size was accurate, I got the impression when ordering that the curtain width referred to was for each curtain panel. It isn't and when I hung them it became obvious that I needed to purchase another set for each window. When initially ordering I thought the curtains were a good buy, but after realizing I needed to order more, I feel the price per window was rather high. I could have gotten a similar product made of better fabric and possibly lined as well, for around the same price at J C Penney's. I chose not to take them all down, repackage them and mail them back simply because I'm getting new window treatments (and rugs) for the whole house and it was too much of a hassle. I would have gone to the trouble of doing that if the curtains' appearance was as cheap as the materials they were made of. So, bottom line, I would recommend them with the considerations above because they actually do look decent.

Bought this to go with a set of lined drapes I had previously purchased. Was worried about matching but the dark aubergine color goes well with the palmetto red drapes I had and helps tie it into the walls. Looks better hung flat vs. shirred on the rod.

I purchsed these for my son whose apartment did not have significant air conditioning to reach into the bedroom. The big window in the living room was uncovered and I was hoping that these curtain panels would help. He was not happy but, perhaps my hopes were too high

I ordered these blackout curtains in the brown color for my son's nursery. They look great and work great! It keeps the room very dark when they are closed and they look great when I pull them back with the included tie backs to let light in. I had ordered these curtains in pink a while ago for my 3 year old daughter's room and loved them, so I bought them again for my baby on the way. I recommend them for anyone, even adults.

I bought these for my kids room windows. I really like them. They do look a bit like a shower curtain when you first open the package. Once they are hung they look pretty nice! They do block out a fair amount of sunlight too! :) I would definitely reccomend these... In fact I'd like to buy a few more sets!=)

I purchased these for my bedroom and I am thrilled with them. They looked great straight out of the package. No need to iron them. A bit on the pricey side for curtain panels but they are fully-lined and the quality is excellent. I put black silk rope tie-backs with them and the look is fabulous.

I ordered the chocolate color only to be sent a milk chocolate color. The color was completely off from the color represented on screen. Overstock was nice enough to send me free shipping back so I could order curtains where the color was correct. The tiebacks for this product were also cheap with white cords to tie back with.

I have purchased sets of Blackout Drapes and Curtains from Overstock before. This drape is not a complete blackout. You can see bright sun through them with no problem. They block out (in my estimation) about 48% of sunlight. I particularly purchased these to cover a window that receives a direct hit from the setting sun each day. The drapes these are replacing are true Blackouts. This drape don't even come close. The fabric is nice, they drape well, and that is all I can say about them. If you need a true Blackout drape, these are not the ones to purchase. I should have spent a few dollars more and gone back to what I purchased before.

I purchased these curtains last week and was very disappointed. The quality was poor. The curtains are not elegant as described. I am returning the curtains. I cannot see putting these up in my master bedroom.

Curtains are fine: as advertised. The colors are a bit duller than what is pictured but I think it is because of the blackout nature of the fabric. They do blackout the light, perfect for children's rooms. The value compared to custom shades or curtains is excellent: I hung them in 3 bedrooms for under *** each! The added tie backs are a nice touch.

I love the curtains but I wish they would tie up higher to let more light in during the day; so I ordered two panels so I could separate them during the day and let more light in. Also it was very hard to find a small curtain rod to hold the weight of the curtains, so I had my seamstress take it out and fix it to fit a bigger rod....and know I love them...very cute!

These drapes are great...stylish, attractive, and a positive addition to my bedroom. I ordered them in indigo, which turned out to be more of a dark teal...no problem, as they blend with my quilt colors. They do block out the light, and provide great insulation from the heat or the cold. Buy these with confidence!
