Pastry Perfect
I had been looking for one for a while. Very excited when I received it. It makes it a joy to roll out my pie dough and know that it will be easier to place over the pie plate and clean up is so much easier than putting the dough directly on the counter top. Would highly reccomend. Once you use you won't go back.

Great Mat for multiple baking uses.
The mat is great for fondant and sugarpaste. Its a little flimsier than I expected but it works just fine.
