If you want a simple shelf, this is okay, but if you're looking for one to go behind your toilet --Do Not Buy this. It does not fit a standard toilet at all. The dimensions are not wide enough to fit around the toilet bowl.

This product is extremely poor quality and very small. It does not fit around an average toilet. I stronly recommend to NOT BUY.

The wicker bathroom shelf was not wide enough to fit over my standard size toilet. I had to send it back.

Not for a bathroom!! Way too small to fit over a toilet.

DO NOT buy this as on over the toilet standing shelf!! The legs will not fit over the toilet--it is also too short if you use the legs. I had it mounted on the wall without the legs and it looks great! However, I feel that it is too expensive for a partially usable item. It did fit my decor, so I am pleased with the final result--but not the price!

You need to carefully read the earlier reviews on this product before taking a chance on this item. It is important to realize this is a smaller-than-average bathroom shelf. We remodeled and got a new low-water toilet with a noticeably smaller tank. I measured carefully and determined the shelf would fit. It does, but the brace across the bottom of the legs hits the plumbing no matter which way we turn it. We are also going to try an alternate measure to anchor it to the wall rather than screwing in a nail to as recommended. We feel that would make it too difficult to access the tank later if we need it to. Overall, I am satisfied with the shelf because the size is right, it has the look I was going for, and it fits over our toilet just fine. But there are a few improvements I would make to the product if I were the manufacturer.

Cabinet did not fit around back of toilet when handle is on the side. We took it apart and hung top on wall and made plant stand out of bottom.

All that you've read about this is true. It looks great, it just doesn't fit, period. Before ordering this I measured my toilet and by the dimension given for the width of this it looked like it would fit. I bought this to go over a small toilet we have in a downstairs 1/2 bathroom. Unfortunately, the width dimension given for this furniture is the outside dimension, not the inside dimension (that would show what width toilet this would fit over). The inside dimension of this unit is 18 inches wide. So, unless you're using a smurf toilet, don't buy it...

I bought this cabinet to place over my toilet because I needed extra storage, but it was not wide enough. I don't think this cabinet would fit over any toilet. I did like the way it looked so I kept it and just used the top part for storage. I just set it on top of my toilet and it does look nice, but if I had known that it wasn't wide enough I never would have bought it .

A little difficult to assemble as the instructions were only a diagram with no words. Also, it was not evident which side was up on the middle assembly shelf. The screw holes in a couple cases had to be cleared of paint. Overall a good value that meets the purpose for which I purchased it.
