I purchased this item knowing ahead of time that it's something that will eventually wind up in the garage or a yard sale. But, for what I bought it for it is perfect. I needed something to store my projects in because I'm a consultant. It helps keep me organized, gets piles off the floor, and now I can find what I'm looking for when I need it. I don't like the look of wicker and metal, but am very pleased with what I got in this product. The colors are warm, and the baskets are sturdy enough. It was easy to put together, though the packaging was messy and some of the little silicone packets broke open and spilled everywhere. I knew as I was opening it that there would be no way I could get it in the box, so I was stuck with it, so glad to see that except for a few very minor blemishes, it was in good shape, I received all the parts, and it was easy to assemble.

Really like this product. It was relatively simple to put together and I am a woman! I don't understand why alot of people claimed it was difficult. The put together product looks great and functions well. The drawers are made to completely come out, which I like. It is quite sturdy and I would definitely recommend it for any kind of storage.

This unit arrived in good shape, in a timely manner, and with all the pieces necessary to put it together. Easy assembly with little work and few tools. It looks very nice and I feel it is worth the money that I paid for it. I am very pleased with this purchase.

It only took me about 45 minutes to put it together while watching TV. All the screws lined up- no problem. I use it in my dining room where I keep my computer. The large baskets are big enough to keep my files. I also store coloring books, loose papers, bills, and office supplies in the other drawers. No more clutter!!

the bottom drawer was not the correct drawer for this product (it was for a different shelving). it did not have the correct bottom for the drawer either. the card board box was already discarded (by me -- as I was believing that all parts were included and correct) therefore the product was not able to be returned. I am very dissatisfied with this and am making a decision to refrain from ordering from Overstock in the future due to difficulty of returning completed products, if all parts included are not correct. I'm not sure there was any quality checks before this product was shipped to me. I hope others are having more satisfaction than I had.

LOVE IT!! it is just what I was looking for.... I have a small bathroom and was looking for something to get the "stuff" off the counter and this fit the bill. it arrived in just a few days- my 14 year old son put it together without difficulty....

For a while I was shopping for something to give to my wife and this was the perfect gift. East to assemble and sturdy enough to surpass my expectations, this wicker 5-drawer storage unit fit easily into a corner of our bedroom.

I was looking for a piece of furniture that I could put by my kitchen counter and be a "catch-all" for the bulky items I wanted to store in that area (i.e., dog collars, leaches, magazines, etc.). This storage unit was the perfect fit!! It was easy for me to assembly (always a plus), was well constructed, and looks like it cost much more then I paid for it. Very Pleased!

I purchased this to get the clutter of my kitchen counters. It's roomy enough for a variety of things due to the different drawer sizes. It is a nice addition to the kitchen. The only con on this is that when you pull out the drawers, they feel like they will fall out.

I got this to replace a tall lingerie chest that I has been using in my kitchen as a phone stand, and for extra storage. This works absolutely perfect!! It is the perfect height to put a phone and a decorative vase on, and the basketss are wonderful for providing extra storage for kitchen towels, cook books, mail, votive candles (I buy them in bulk, and storing them in the wicker basket allows the smell to come through). I didn't find this piece to be difficult to assemble, but I was using my drill in place of a manual screw driver. My hands still got tired, but it wasn't difficult and everything went together easily. The wicker is a very pretty darker almost reddish-brown shade, which goes very well with the Maple finish on my kitchen counters. The top is very sturdy, and the metal pieces appear to be welded well so they wont come apart with normal use. I bought several other metal and wicker pieces at the same time, and all were wonderful, and look very nice with just about any decor.

At first, I was rather hesitant about buying this item after reading the reviews. However, I decide to purchase the item despite some rather dissuasive reviews. And all in all, I'm rather pleased with my decision. The item was quite easy to assemble and all the pieces are beautifully constructed. I'm very please with this item. I would recommend this product to anyone.

The product arrived quickly, was a snap to put together, and of good quality for the price. The baskets slide in and out easily. The wicker is good quality. I've only owned for about one month, but it has held up well so far. Great for clothing, small items, etc.

Even with the coupon I had, this is not worth the money I paid for it.The metal pieces were bent and scratched - putting the shelves in proved to be a challenge because I'd put one in, go to put in the next and the first would fall out.And how about that the box was filled with mouse feces?I was originally thinking that if I liked this, I'd order another. Yeah...NO. Can't wait until I'm no longer a struggling grad student and can afford something better.

The item was VERY difficult to assemble. The drawer braces were slightly bent, which made it even harder to get the screws into the rusted holes. I would have returned the item; however, I had already spent hours putting together the frame (the welds are very poor) and the box arrived completely destroyed. I would not recommend this product if this is the standard quality.

This piece looks nice and fits my narrow space perfectly. It seems sturdy and should last a long time. I use it to store paperwork and clutter in my dining room. Be aware - the baskets are much redder than they appear on the website - I will be painting them. Only problems were assembly issues - as other reviewers remarked, the holes in the basket framework didn't always line up and wicker had to be pushed aside or screwed through. Also, some of the screws and holes didn't match in size, and several screws were missing from the packet included with my item - I had to improvise with screws I had on hand. The piece isn't very stable on my hardwood floor, so I slipped on black rubber end caps I had on hand, and that helps a lot. For the space and my purpose, this was a reasonable purchase

I like this piece. I was debating for a long time on buying it and read other reviews and was not sure what to do as some people loved it and some people hated it. I finally pulled the trigger. I was looking for something to clean up the clutter and this piece definitely serves it purpose. The baskets are a decent size and the piece is sturdy enough. The wicker is a bit brittle and some of the basket weave pieces snapped during assembly. It is not really noticable, so it's not a big deal. The biggest complaint that I have regarding the peice was the assembly. The screws that hold the baskets together did not fit well at all in the pre-drilled holes because they did not match up perfectly. This made the assembly challenging and we were not able to get some of the screws in all the way. As a result, so some of the baskets have screws protruding from them. Again, it is not really noticable, so it is not a big deal. Overall I would say that this is a great piece if you are just looking for something to clean up the clutter. The positives outweighed the negatives, in my opinion. Also, the shipping was great considering the weight of the piece and it arrived very quickly which is always a plus.
