I ordered two of these bowls. We use them mostly for peanuts or other kinds of nuts in the shell. We put the peanuts in one side and the shells in the other. It keeps things neat.

Very cute appetizer dish. It is small as the measurements indicated. Therefore, I feel it's best use would not be chips as shown, but it would be great for dips or many other smaller items. Attractive and versatile serving dish.
