WE HAD MUCH TROULBE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS & THEN COULD NOT GET THEM TO RAISE AND LOWER THE SAME AS THE BLINDS.

I bought this liner for a front facing window. It isn't 100% opaque but close enough.
