  • Machines are great - warranty not so much

    I needed a minor fix and come to find out after purchasing the extended warranty, there are no service techs in the area I live (very remote). The bad part is that I had to make multiple calls to Whirlpool and to find this out. They never once called me back as promised. But we really love the machines themselves.
