Some assembly headaches, but worth it!
The directions were not explicit regarding the use of the rubber cams for some of the screw sites, which was frustrating, as it was not easy to attach the chair back to the rocker support and make it fit flush on both sides. It took some experimenting without any directions, which made the assembly take more time than needed. The overall result for the product was satisfactory.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color was the same.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. There were places that did not pick up the stain properly and some of the pre-drilled holes did not match up exactly, but the overall quality of the product was satisfactory.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? The on site description was quite accurate.
