  • Nice large racks

    I didn't purchase these for drying things like jerky. I wanted them for cooling cookies and these will do the job perfectly. Because they stack and leave room between racks, they'll be perfect for cookies. They also have a non-stick coating which will be great for those softer cookies and bars. Now I'm going to try my hand at drying fruits. The bottom tray is a sturdy large baking sheet which can also be used for other things because of it's larger size. For example, I'll use it to let my roasts or turkeys rest to absorb their juices. It's wonderful. I was confident that this brand would give me a quality product, but it exceeded my greatest expectations. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

    We recently purchased the 3-tier jerky rack from Weston. It is exactly what we were looking for. First time in use, it worked awesome. Fit into the over perfectly and was easy to clean afterwards. No problems and no concerns. Was definitely worth the money and look forward to making great jerky. Used OVERSTOCK for the first time and it was great. Easy to use and pay. Item was quickly shipped. Overall, it was an excellent transaction all the way around.

    • So my cookies would stop falling through the racks! Also, these have more surface area and stability than my current rickety cooling racks. They should also be much better for cooking bacon in the oven.
