Mistaken Order
I really didn't want to rate this apparatus. When I bought it I didn't realize that this funnel kit has no extruder for hand use. You have to attach the funnel to a machine. I make sausage about every 15 years. Unless I can figure out a way to use it without blowing a lot of money for a machine I will be returning it. Anyone know where I can get a hand operated sausage maker? They used to have dozens of them in the antique stores. I guess I'll have to go looking there.
