This is a fantastic bench for our entranceway. We needed a place for people to take their shoes on and off at our front door. The size is perfect, the color works with the other wood we have in the room and it was a breeze to put together. Great value for the price. Would recommend to others.
I'd been wanting a good looking bench for my foyer. But since it was for appearance only, I didn't want to invest a great deal of $$. I love the bench. Finish is great, scrolled arms are beautiful. it's a nice heavy piece; not cheap of flimsy at all. Only issue is the little wooden plugs that go over the screw holes have popped out a few times. So I put a dab of glue on them to keep them secure.
Back, bottom, two sides, eight allen bolts. EZ. Came in three days. No damage. Sits solid; no wiggle.Wood is oiled and smells it. Not bad, though. Sits two adults okay. Looks good - just like pics. Would I pay much more for it? No.
Was very happy with the bench....my 15yr old son put it together in a matter of 20minutes tops.. I have it in my foyer....quality was very good...as was the color...looks just like the picture.. I had been looking for some time for a bench...and I am extremely happy...was deliverd right on time...and how could you beat the shipping charges...Thank you Overstock .com
