Shipping
I know the product was refurbished, but it was pretty dirty and scratched up when it arrived. The box was in good shape, so it must have shipped this way. It was also supposed to arrive before Christmas, but didn't make it until almost New Years. The price was good, but a little TLC to clean up the item would have gone a long way.

packaging issue
The brand and product are good but the packaging was sub-par. Upon receiving the unit, the outside case was cracked and a piece was loose inside the case. I duct taped the case. In the future, I would reccomend the shipper use bubble pack to ship it via UPS as it probably got thrown or squashed inside the truck
