I really like these curtains. They have sort of a rustic flavor to hem, which is what I wanted, but have a nice "hand" and appear to be well made. They came wrinkled, which was not surprising, but ironed out well with a steam iron and look really nice. I had trouble telling if you were to get two panels, or two pair. It is two panels, which together equal 63 ". So I had to order another pair to go across a sliding door area. We hung them to one side and they appear like one panel. They slide very easily on the rod as needed.

I ordered 3 pairs to cover 2 windows that were 64 inches wide, which was great. The sage color is perfect, However, the window panels smelled so bad when I opened the shipping box, and worse when I opened the packages. So I put them in the washer with cold water and detergent. Afterwards the smell had lessened but a hint of the smell remained. And they were wrinkled. You cannot put these panels in the dryer, they have to hang dry. The wrinkles do not go away with hanging. Ironing required, but only at a low setting on the fabric side.
These are very narrow, more than I thought they would be. I had to order an extra set to make them look full (still waiting on them). I guess it makes sense to be able to see and touch them (they looked good on-line). If I wasn't so desperate, I would return them!
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color was fine

Okay, so of course you need to iron when you receive, the cotton is good quality fused to a backing that blocks the light very well. I chose the chocolate color and it was true and each panel was uniform in color and style. If you need to cover a sliding door area as I did, consider these panels with the large grommet circles and a pole rod to draw the curtains open when needed. This works very well for my doorway. Upon measure, unfortunately, each panel was only 38 inches wide, not the 40 inch stated. The 84 inch length was there. I pin the panels to get the full effect. Overall, good buy. Not too soft and not too stiff.
