Perhaps it isn't the product itself as much as how it was shipped. Hard to tell as by the time I received it, the glass (surrounding the candles) had broken into a million pieces (I'm not exagerating, either). I still have yet to return it (don't have the time nor emotional stamina just now) and it's quite frusterating to say the least!! As for my other purchased items from this site, they were shipped in a farely timely schedule and arrived in tackt... Hope this helped. :-)
