quality
this a very good quality tissue holder, easy to install and convenient to use, nice that you don't have to mess with the spring load middle. the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is every once in while i tend to knock the roll off the holder but that is due to my clumsiness i feel not a product defect.

When the tissue holder arrived, it was wrapped in tissue as if it was previously installed, instruction for different items enclosed.

Questionable Quality
I would not recommend this product. After 5 months it broke (the handle that holds the toilet paper kept falling on the floor). After taking a look on the inside- it was stripped. We tried gluing it but no success. It looks like I'm in the market for another toilet paper holder!

Good Quality
I searched at length for this style tissue holder - I don't like the ones with springs. This fixture is sturdy and well made. Easily installed. I ordered the shiny brass and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
