Obviously factory seconds.
These dishes were rough to the touch, not smoothly glazed as they should have been. Also, the pattern on the bowls did not line up properly. I would not even consider using these dishes as the finish glaze was flawed which led to concerns about whether it was safe from a health standpoint to put food on them.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. These goods were obviously factory seconds. The pattern on the bowls did not line up and there were flaws in the texture and color of the finish.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? No indication that these were not first-rate goods.
