  • Product quality

    The product arrived very promptly. I installed it on the shower arm. The installation was very easy. It took only a minute or so. But when I started the shower, it started leaking at the bottom at seams. Also, I found that the swivel was not smooth. Every time we want to adjust the angle of the shower head, I had to loosen the nut at the shower arm. That is cumbersome. Water flow pattern regulator was easily accessible. Main problem is where it is made. USA is suffering for lack of job opportunities and Water pick had to go to China to get this made in a sub standard facilities. My biggest happiness about this transaction is how Overstock.com handled the returns. Very friendly people.

    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Not very good. It leaked from the seems at the bottom. May be assembly problem.

  • Outstanding look & performance

    This was even better than expected, and I expected to be happy with the purchase after reading the mostly positive reviews. It looked better and bigger. projects well over the stand up shower it was installed in, adjusts easily and offers great variety in the spray patterns. It took longer to open the box than to install the unit. Excellent product, I am ordering another.

  • Great purchase

    Fantastic shower head. Wanted a rainfall shower head but didn't want to replace any other plumbing. The head is long enough and extends out far enough that you don't need to stand too close to the wall. Love the different settings. Easily able to change from one setting to another.

  • Outstanding!

    I thought my pipes were clogged, but thought I'd try a new shower head before calling a plumber. WOW, incredible difference. This actually raises the shower head height from the original placement due to the design (no super plumber needed either) and the variations are great. Now, if I just had enough hot water from my water heater to stay in there for the time I want with this great water pressure! Buying another one for the other bathroom!

  • Does the job 7 different ways

    We very much enjoy our new shower head. The settings are very easy to cycle through and their very distinct from one another. My only qualm is that the full-off setting still does allow some water to trickle through. Otherwise it's a very good unit.

  • Rocks my world

    Best shower head I've ever owned! It's huge, has tons of jets, and I love all the settings. We purchased this for valentine's day because we wanted to be able to shower together more easily-it definitely helps because it pumps out so much water and its so wide! I wouldn't trade it for anything :) I had one issue with the installation, I had to remove the water saving piece for any water to come out, I don't see the point in it. Once I fixed that, it worked like a dream.

  • Looks nice but wasn't able to try it.....

    Can't not be use if you have a water filter. The nozzle that connects to the pipe is not a standard type it has 3 pieces to it. Was a Xmas gift for someone but I know have to return it.
