  • Love, Love, Love!

    I am handicapped, so I was looking for a particular type of shower head. We decided to give this one a try. WOW! Water pressure is great, different settings are great, and having the two different shower heads is just what I needed. We purchased a seperate holder for the 'flexible' shower head and mounted it low on the shower wall by my shower stool and the combination works terrific for me!! The flexible shower head has a little weight to it, but it is totally acceptable.

  • Very cheap plastic

    Within 2 weeks this product failed. When switching the water flow to the hand-held head, the stem of the head snapped in half and water spewed out. The plastic stem is not strong enough to support the weight of the head. It leaked from the beginning, and tightening it only breaks it.
