  • Great Concept but Diverter Not Made to Last

    The product is very easy to install; however, the diverter valve "broke" and caused a major leak between the valve and diverter. This resulted in the diverter spinning and so the shower head and hand held head did not work properly. I contacted Waterpik via email about this issue and they responded within 24 hours. The Rep suggested tightening the nut inside valve with a 5/16 Alan Wrench. I went out and bought one and it did not resolve the problem. I emailed again and they are sending a new diverter to me!!! I am very pleased that they did not put me through the wringer (require me to send back broken diverter in order to get a replacement). I am using plumber's tape as a temporary fix and the product really does improve water pressure (when it is not leaking). I just hope I do not run into the same problem in the future.

  • Great replacement

    I am a 71 year old grandmother who ususally calls my handyman over to fix things broken. I ordered this combination shower system and installed it myself while Brian was out of town. So easy and a quality product.

    I am 70 and never installed anything by myself, was very easy. The spray shower head was a little higher than I thought it would be, but very pleased over all with arrival time, and product. I needed it for my 93 year mother who has a aide now to help her. So think this will work great

  • Double head nice, massage not so nice

    This dual head system looks great, has nice water flow, but if you are looking for a massaging shower head, DON'T buy this one! Overall, I do like the product, but very disappointed in the massage feature.

  • Great value on a functional showerhead!

    The biggest thing I was wondering about with this product was whether the two shower heads would operate at the same time. From the description of the valve, it seemed like they probably would, but I wasn't 100% sure when I ordered it. It DOES function with both shower heads at the same time, or you can just use one or the other. We are extremely happy with this versatility! Now the shower in the house we are renting can be a two-person without doing any plumbing changes! AND, the hose works great for washing the dog - I LOVE the water-saving trickle feature too. It's not a feature that we would normally use for us, but it's great to be able lather up the dog without losing the water temperature that is comfortable for him. My handyman husband found it very easy to install - no problems at all. All in all, great product! If I were doing an upscale remodel, I wouldn't choose this (the "chrome" just doesn't have the greatest appearance in the world), but for what we are using it for, it is PERFECT!
