Water Heaters

Water heaters play an important role in your home by quickly providing hot water for showers, faucets and large appliances. At Overstock.com, we've brought together water-heating units from reliable manufacturers to offer them at very affordable prices. You can outfit your home, cabin or other getaway with one of our premium water heaters and enjoy reliable hot water for years to come.
Traditional water heaters use propane or gas and hold anywhere from 20 to 100 gallons of water. The heating element burns gas to heat the water, which is then supplied to your home. Typically, your water heater will be installed in the basement, a utility room or another enclosure within your home.
Tankless water heaters are becoming more popular as homeowners look for more ways to conserve energy and reduce their monthly utility bills. If you are building a new home or retrofitting your existing home with a tankless water heater, you'll enjoy significant cost savings. These water heaters warm the water instantaneously as it passes through the water heater itself. Traditional water heating is constantly on and uses much more energy per gallon of water heated than the tankless models. Tankless heaters also take up less space than regular hot-water heaters. You may need a plumber to retrofit your water lines to accommodate the tankless unit, but that cost is offset in the long run by your energy savings.
Whichever kind of water heater you decide to buy, almost all water heaters nowadays are more energy-efficient than they were a decade or more ago. If you want to find a water heater that uses little energy, pay attention to the EF rating of the water heaters you look at. The closer to 1 the rating is, the more efficient the unit is.
Overstock.com is an amazing place to find ways to make your home more comfortable and energy-efficient. Choosing our high-quality water heaters is just one way you can go green in your home and save money doing it. Come explore our wide selection of quality water heaters. You're sure to find a water heater that's right for your home at a price you will love.

  • Good product poor packaging

The product arrived broken due to the packaging for the us mail. I contacted the customer service about the damage and after a period of time they sent me the parts to repair it. The unit just fit in the shipping box which didn't allow for a proper cushion for the beating it takes in the us mail. The product now works fine.

After instalation, I took it out and went and bought a real water heater again. Have a nice square boat anchor now. Dont waste you money if you want hot(not hot) water.

THIS IS A GREAT BUY FOR THE MONEY. I RECENTLY PURCHED THIS FOR MY "LAKE CABIN" WEEKEND GETAWAY BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO TAKE UP THE ROOM AS A STANDARD HOT WATER HEATER AND ELECTRICITY IS A FACTOR AT MY PLACE, ALL MY NEIGHBORS WERE WAITING FOR ME TO HOOK IT UP AND SEE IF I LIKED IT AND I LOVE IT . IT WORKS GREAT FOR WHAT I AM DOING WITH IT AND ALL MY NEIGHBORS ARE ASKING ME IF I CAN HOOK THERES UP WHEN THEY GET IT. WE CAN RUN THE SHOWER NON STOP AS LONG OR AS MANY SHOWERS WE NEED TO TAKE.
