I would recommend this sink, with the following warnings.... it scratches really easily. I know stainless steel does scratch, but I've always had them and don't remember others appearing to scratch so easily. This is the first one I've had that was brand new. Second warning, because of the style of the corners being somewhat sharp (not rounded), the sink doesn't drain that well. I have to use the sprayer on the faucet to get food particles down the disposal and what stands in the sink after you walk away, so you deal with water stains in it. Third, for me personally, it's too deep. I'm 5' 11" and find my back aching when I am doing dishes in this sink because I have to reach down just an awkward distance to get things from the bottom of the sink. It's undermounted on standard depth quart countertops. You can spend a fortune on a sink and I was trying to splurge on other things and save on the sink. I did accomplish that and it will serve me well for years, despite my complaints!
looks great out of the box. but it's not graded enough so water will stand in it some and there seem to be rust spots on the basin after only a few days of use. Perhaps there is a coating which can be applied to help with these issues. I bought this sink because it was as deep as my other sink and i refused to go shallower, but this sink seems to be a little deeper. I don't even notice the dishes in the sink unless i'm standing right at at.
