When I washed it - exactly as specified - it started shedding, severely. My house was covered in fuzz for weeks. Other than that, it is very comfortable.

my lint trap was FULL for three washings....just sheds and shed and sheds.....very disappointing...havent tried a fourth time...so dont know if it ever stops...

I liked this blanket so much that I bought two more in king size. Really good deal for the prize. I liked the washable quality of this wool and cottton blend. It is unusually soft for a blanket that contains wool.
Only flaws worth mentioning is it shed a little lint the first time I used it, and I didn't like the fact that it was packaged without any plastic bagging. Otherwise I recommend this blanket.
