First pull! Started on the very first pull!! I couldn't believe it!! Has plenty of power, I don't think you could kill the motor in deep grass unless maybe it was over a foot deep! I love this mower!!

Very pleased I was a little concerned about buying a lawn mower online and having it shipped. I compared prices and features with the mowers at the big box stores and this seemed to be the best value .The lawn mower arrived several weeks ago and I have been very pleased with its performance. It was shipped assembled, all I had to do was fold the handle bar out and tighten the bolts, fill with oil and gas, and the lawn mower started on first pull. It has consistently started on first pull since. I have 1/3 acre and this is perfect size mower. The yard looks great when mowed with this machine. I have been satisfied with purchase and would definitely buy again.

Good, the 2nd time around I would have to say, "yes, maybe" about recommending it to a friend. I originally purchased it and used it twice. The second time, the pull cord jammed and would not pull past about 6 inches. Couldn't start the engine. Let it sit for over an hour and still nothing. Let it sit about 2 days, and it would start. If I stopped it for any reason (get a drink of water) and came back, same problem. Called number I found online for Warrior Tools (the packaging is terrible for trying to find info, ie, serial number). Got a man who seemed to be on his cell with his kids in the background. He took a while to figure out what I wanted and said he would get with me if I sent message via email. Bad email address. Called back and he gave me another. I sent msg and heard nothing for 3 days. I called Overstock, since I purchased the extended warranty. They were great about sending me a new one. No problems. About a week later the new one arrived. I opened the box to find one of the front wheels was bent at the axle. It was unusable because it would not roll straight. I tried bending it back but the metal wouldn't bend. Called Overstock again. They offered to send a third one. Now, I had the original and the replacement which were unusable, but I had to send back. I only had one set of boxes because, of course, I didn't expect the problems with the first. Now, a third? I asked if I could replace the bent axle from the new one with the straight axle from the old one. They agreed. It was a pain it the buttocks but, better than having to wait for a third, then box up two, take them to UPS (they would pick them up for a fee, or I could take them to UPS and return them free). I switched the parts and returned only one. Since all of that, the new one works great. I have used it about 5 times. Cuts the yard on one tank of gas; doesn't get bogged down; pulls strongly. I have about 1/2 acre of grass to cut. I cut once a week. Oh yeah, the mower looks great; shiny, black and cool-looking. The price was right compared to other mowers with the same features. So, yes, I would recommend it to a friend, but, BUY THE WARRANTY.
