The product arrived in a timely manner. It is a professional waffle maker and looks beautiful. There are recipes included and I tried the traditional Belgian waffle recipe. It was delicious! The waffle maker produced light fluffy waffles with a crispy exterior. I look forward to using this product over and over again. There is a recipe for pumpkin waffles that I am excited to try!!!!
This is by far the best waffle maker I have ever owned! I have used these before in those hotels that come with free breakfast and was surprised to see it for barely more than a home model. The waffle iron is easy to use and produces great waffles in record time. I love the adjustable temperature, the automatic timer with audible beep, and the drip tray. The unit rotates easily and the real stainless steel finish cleans up easily with just a sponge. I have yet to try the authentic Belgian waffle recipes that come in the booklet, I've only used my own recipe so far, but I could not be happier with this product and the waffles it produces. It is a refurbished unit, but other than a small dent in the drip tray, you would never know.
